At present,construction effect relationship of local economic development enterprise project investment targets,there are two important factors to ensure the smooth progress of construction projects,one is the human resources factors,one is the capital factor,including human resources the key factor is more,are of great significance to study on the human resource performance evaluation project.The performance appraisal of human resources,but the current research on human resource performance evaluation project of the academic circle and the practice circle most concentrated in the enterprise investment projects at the same time,the construction of human resources performance evaluation system of the project is more reflected in the design of indicators,human resources performance evaluation research with certain public welfare projects for business investment,such as the operation of the market is still relatively small,on how to use performance appraisal method is excellent,with a combined form to maximize the performance evaluation methods of the advantages,the research about this aspect is still relatively weak,less ink.This paper based on this background,innovation,performance evaluation method to comprehensive use of heavy heavy weight score project design,to improve and enhance the effectiveness of human resource system and the performance evaluation of the project,put forward a series of constructive opinions and conclusions,and combining the case of preliminary analysis.Specifically,this paper mainly a vocational education training base construction project as an example,through the analysis of project evaluation in human resource management modes and performance problems,combined with the theoretical knowledge of project management,engineering project human resource management,performance evaluation,summarize the experience and lessons of the past project human resource management,and to improve and perfect.Through analysis and discussion,this paper proposed the project performance appraisal system of human resources should have a clear orientation,human resource performance evaluation system of the project to avoid equalitarianism "mess",for different levels of the project work to adopt different assessment methods,the weight of human resource evaluation system in the project settings than the set of indicators is more important for the four major conclusions,put forward the new ideas and to promote the academic and practice field to further explore setting research field selection,method on project performance assessment of human resources organization and weight played a positive role.
