As a new round of basic education curriculum reform to further advance,geograph ical discipline core quality is put forward and high-quality professional teachers team co nstruction,to cultivate a new era of social and economic development needs and to satis fy the needs of the middle school geography education teaching reform of the new geog raphy teacher talent,has brought a new challenge for normal universities education teac hing reform,based on the characteristics of the new era of reform of geography educatio n master's training mode is imperative.This research to a new era of geographical education master's training mode as the research object,by the theory of multiple intelligences,constructivism theory and the te acher professional development theory as the theoretical basis for geography teaching in higher education first-line teachers,middle school geography teachers and reading mast er of geography education practice basis,the analysis of the interview survey of the liter ature analysis,interview research method,action research method,such as research met hods,from the training objective for adjustment,the optimization of the curriculum,trai ning evaluation exploration,reform the four aspects: system research new era geograph y education master's training mode reform.The adjustment of training objectives pays s pecial attention to education first and moral education first,and emphasizes that the cult ivation of teacher ethics runs through the whole process of geography course teaching,g eography practice and student assessment.Curriculum optimization focuses on streamli ning basic courses,deepening practical courses,and developing personalized courses,e mphasizing the organic integration of courses,the combination of learning and applicati on,and meeting the diversified needs of students.The training mode explores and advoc ates self-directed,deliberative and experiential learning,highlights practical orientation and action research,and enhances the ability of cooperative exploration and independen t innovation.Assess reform to strengthen the expansibility,procedural,incentive evaluat ion,highlighting humanistic care and growth progress and improve students' comprehen sive quality,and supplemented by "feeling","teaching and learning," lesson study practice to grow ","experiential learning","graduate student growth file cover" and so on mor e than 10 cases further elucidated.This research has carried on the thorough discussion to the geography education master training mode reform,is advantageous to the promotion geography education master training quality,creates the high quality specialized geography teacher talented person for the new era basic education curriculum reform.However,there are still some problems such as insufficient development of characteristic courses,insufficient integration of basic courses,and further strengthening of incentive and developmental evaluation.
