China's defeat in the Asian cup in the united Arab emirates has once again sparked a national debate about Chinese football In the 24 years since its development,China has experienced a lot.This article mainly aims at the elementary school football team's^basic situation of tianjin urban campus football characteristic school,has carried on the investigation to the tianjin elementary school canpus football team's teaching and training present situation This paper mainly studies the basic situation of its characteristic schools,participation in matches,football teachers,students,teaching methods and teaching environment.Methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics were used.Through field investigation and analysis,we gradually understand the development situation of tianjin primary school campus football team,and draw relevant conclusions and Suggestions by combining the Suggestions of relevant experts and referring to relevant books.It is hoped that this study can provide reference for the teaching of tianjin primary school football team.Through investigation and analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Ten traditional school football schools in tianjin have performed well on the whole,with excellent results in municipal games and corresponding echelon teams in each school.However,there are few women's football teams.In the actual games,women's football teams are mainly from amateur clubs.This shows that in the process of the development of campus football,parents and social forces still have obstacles,but also put forward a test for the balanced and safe development of campus football in tianjin.2.The penetration rate ofcampus football featured schools in tianjin is good;The number of pilot areas is equal to that of Beijing and Shanghai,indicating that tianjin has many areas meeting the requirements of pilot areas in terms of organization and leadership,guarantee conditions and campus football development system,and the pilot areas in tianjin are mainly concentrated in the central city.Conpared with Shanghai and Beijing,the number of mantien star training camps is not enough.As the representative of the highest level of campus football,tianjin has few areas that meet the requirements of the establishment of mantien star training camps,and there is still a lot of room for improvement.3.Most of the football teachers have received football training and sports experience,and the age of the teachers is generally younger.Besides,the school will invite coaches from amateur clubs to cooperate in teaching,and at the same time improve the teaching level of the football teachers in our school.The school will organize regular learning of football teachers.In terms of the selection of training basis,most coaches will choose advanced foreign training concepts and technologies as well as coaches' training experience.Because there are few professional football guidance textbooks suitable for primary school age,only a few coaches will choose football guidance textbooks when training.At the same time,there is little cooperation between professional clubs and relevant schools.There are two super clubs in tianjin,but they do not have a good connection with canpus football,which is not conducive to the improvement of canpus football level in tianjin4.The number of students participating in football training is increasing year by year,and most of the participation motivation is mainly happiness and physical exercise,which will continue to stimulate and maintain their interest in learning.But for a small football player with talent and no scientific evaluation criteria,has no specific training methods,it is difficult to dig the talent,relative narrow entrance channel at the same time,the academic pressure increases,these have lead to students parents cannot be completely on the pitch,visible learning there are still certain contradictions.5.In terms of teaching content,individual technical training is relatively comprehensive,and students have a high interest in learning.Most of them enjoy the training and competition.According to the investigation,most schools can ensure that the physical fitness training of football matches more than once a week is mainly based on the overall quality of the exercise,and the targeted combination of the characteristics of the project to carry out simple training,the overall training conforms to the physical development characteristics of teenagers at this stage.The amount of training is unified.Nearly 70%of schools have a longer average training time of more than 2 hours,which results in a heavy load on students.The training content is not innovative enough and needs to be improved continuously.
