Purpose:To explore the training effect of the calf load running and its application in training by analyzing the changes of athletes' physical quality and technical indexes of running on the way through the 8-week training experiment of the calf load running in order to analyze the changes of athletes' physical quality and technical indexes of running in the way before and after training longitudinally.It provided reference for the scientific training and teaching of sprint.Methods: By means of high-speed camera,kinematics analysis,mathematical statistics and so on,this paper systematically contrasts the physical fitness index of sprinter before and after 8 weeks training with the kinematic index of running technique in the way,and deeply analyzes the middle hip of sprint running in the middle of the way after the training of shank the calf load running.Changes in kinematics of knee and ankle joints.Concluded are as follows:1.After 8 weeks of the calf load run training,the athletes' performance of 30 meters,60 meters,100 meters and standing long jump were significantly improved,and there was no significant change in the performance of the three-stage jump.As far as the overall effect of athletes' physical quality training is concerned,the ability to speed up and maintain speed,the level of speed strength and the explosive force of lower extremities have been improved,but it has little effect on the improvement of physical coordination and force.2.The 8-week calf load-running training makes the sprinter's one-step whole kinematics parameter system optimized: the front support time and the flight time decrease,the single step time decreases,the support distance and the flight distance show an increasing trend,the step size increases,and the step frequency speeds up.The horizontal velocity of the center of gravity has been significantly increased,promoting rapid forward movement of the human body.3.The 8-week calf load-running training makes the sprinters swing the knee angle and ankle angle of the swinging leg smaller,the swinging leg flexion and forward swinging faster,the range of hip flexion is larger,and the working efficiency of the swing leg is higher before the folding of the legs of the swing leg,Therefore,the calf load-running training plays an important role in improving the movement mode and technology of swinging leg and developing the ability of swinging leg to fold forward swing quickly.4.Although the 8-week calf load-running training can effectively increase the speed of the hip extension in the supporting leg support stage and further increase the shearing speed of the two thigh,it also causes the back movement of the hip,that is,the two thighs move more after the frontal plane,and the high support state of the support leg knee,so that the action mode of the supporting leg is unfavorable to the optimal direction.Therefore,when applying the practice in training practice,it is necessary to carefully select and adopt corresponding training methods to reduce negative effects.
