Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Girls' Football Development In Primary Schools In Fuling District, Chongqing

Under the international background,Chinese women's football has had a highlight moment and has been brilliant on the world stage for many times.However,under the environment of the rise of the world women's football,the gap between Chinese women's football and the world women's football is very obvious.Campus football has experienced more than ten years from its proposal to development,and women's football has been listed separately.The Ministry of education clearly stated in the relevant report in 2018 that it is necessary to quickly promote campus women's football.Chongqing has a strong Chinese Super League football team.The development level of regional football and campus football also has a place in the whole country.It is one of the earliest areas in the city to list campus football characteristic schools.It has hosted municipal primary school campus football competitions for many times and trained many excellent football players,However,in recent years,the development of women's football in Fuling District has been frustrated repeatedly,especially the situation of women's football teams in primary and secondary schools in various competitions is unsatisfactory.It is the key to find out the main factors affecting the development of primary school from the source in order to improve the current situation of women's football in Fuling District and promote the development of campus women's football.This paper studies the main factors affecting the development of women's football in primary schools in Fuling District,Chongqing,and tries to find the direction suitable for the development of women's football in primary schools in Fuling District by using various methods such as literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis.After this study,the conclusions are as follows:The main factors affecting the development of women's football on primary school campus in Fuling District of Chongqing include: fund investment,management system,future way out,competition and training,teaching staff,mass base,classroom teaching,cultural concept,etc.the main factors affect and penetrate each other and do not exist independently,as follows:As follows:1.The primary factor restricting the development of women's football in primary schools in Fuling District of Chongqing is the lack and shortage of funds.Parents are less willing to take the initiative to bear the funds,but more are borne by the government and schools;2.The management system of campus football led by Fuling District Education,culture and Tourism Committee is basically similar in each primary school,but it is not healthy enough,and the functional departments are unclear about their rights and responsibilities,resulting in great differences in attention and financial,human and material investment among schools;3.The cognition of relevant personnel on the future way out of women's football is not in place,the entrance channel of women's football players in primary schools is not smooth,and the construction of women's football teams in corresponding junior and senior high schools in the district is poor;4.The primary school women's football team has few times to participate in the competition,the competition level and level are low,the training methods are single,the training frequency and time are insufficient,and the overall competition and team level need to be improved;5.The overall quality of teachers needs to be improved,lack of female members and stable team partners,and lack of continuing education and scientific research level;6.The mass base of women's football on primary school campus is poor,the popularity is low,the utility is strong,the types and
