High moral identity can promote moral values of the individual will within,and show consistent therewith ethical behavior in practice.In practice vocational college students can not better address issues related to interpersonal and career planning,it is difficult to form good moral identity.Therefore,how to internalize the moral norms expected by society into their own moral qualities,and show their moral behavior consistent with their own moral values in daily life,that is,to help vocational college students develop moral identity,not only the students themselves,It is also the common responsibility of educators and even the whole society.According to the theory of structural identity of morality,the questionnaire on the moral identity of vocational college students was compiled from the four dimensions of interpersonal performance consistency,altruism consistency,consistency of moral environment,and moral self consistency.Random sampling method using whole floor of 316 students in different grades vocational colleges questionnaire,questionnaire data using SPSS22.0 exploratory factor analysis,statistical analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis,gender,grade,home location,whether child and five types of student identity affect students' vocational schools ethical considerations are examined,we found that students in vocational schools moral identity has four characteristics:(1)The dimensions of the moral identity of vocational college students,from strong to weak,are in order of altruism consistency,interpersonal performance consistency dimension,moral environment consistency dimension,and moral self consistency dimension;(2)Grade grade has the greatest influence on the moral identity of vocational college students.In terms of moral identity,vocational college students have been falling from the second grade of vocational school to the third grade of secondary vocational school;After entering higher vocational education,it began to grow rapidly;(3)There are significant differences in the grades of moral identity among vocational college students;(4)Overall and other dimensions of moral identity among vocational college students are in gender,whether they are only children,There is no significant difference between the location of the family and the type of student(whether they have been student cadres).Then we get two conclusions:(1)Grade has the biggest influence on the moral identity of vocational college students,and the regression coefficient of grade is 0.384.In the dimension of moral identity,students in vocational colleges have been falling from the second year of secondary school to the third year of secondary vocational school;the fourth year of secondary school has started to rise slowly;after entering higher vocational schools,they have started to grow rapidly;(2)Vocational schools There is no significant difference in the moral identity of school students between gender,whether they are the only child,the type of student,and the location of the family.According to the four characteristics and two conclusions of the moral identity of vocational college students,from the perspectives of student characteristics,external environment and social activities,the author puts forward the development of self-consciousness,the construction of harmonious interpersonal relationships,the establishment of a good atmosphere of the moral environment,and the emphasis on knowledge and practice.There are four educational strategies to help improve the moral identity of vocational college students.
