The 21st century is an era which is full of competitions and challenges. We need such a kind of qualified people who are not only knowledgeable, capable, but also possess healthy personality so that they can fit in with fierce social competitions and experience many difficulties and setbacks of trial. In recent years, with the development of the social modernization and the further education reform, personality education is becoming more and more important in China, which is related to the future of our country. So it is a significant task for teachers to think deeply and practice carefully how to fit the new situation and how to cultivate students with healthy personality which is the essence of education.This paper deals with the teaching strategies of personality education through moral courses in vocational school. Differing from senior middle school students, students in vocational schools who are also the major forces in the socialist modernization are eliminated through the selection examinations. They have more or less problems in study or behavior, what's more, some of them are trouble students, so personality education among such students becomes more necessary.In this paper, the author tries to make a clear statement about the implications and characteristics of personality and healthy personality, analyze the current situation of the development of personality education in vocational schools and probe the effective ways to foster healthy personality by combing the moral teaching practice.This paper contains three parts. Part One points out the important role that moral education plays in the forming of healthy personality among vocational school students. Part Two analyze the problems with healthy personality education. Part Three probe the ways to realize healthy personality education. In this part the author explore the teaching strategies systematically. First establish the ideas of healthy personality, second exploit the resources from the moral courses and then find new and effective methods to carry out healthy personality education. It should be point out that the evaluation standards of students'moral sense and level change accordingly.
