With the rapid development of modern science and technology,the social demand for talents is becoming more and more diversified.Not only professional basic knowledge and innovation ability are necessary,also the idea of advancing with the times and the understanding of the latest science and technology are indispensable.High school physics textbook mainly includes two parts,basic knowledge and frontier knowledge.The basic knowledge mainly introduces the mechanical,optical,thermal and other module contents,focusing on the theory.While the frontier knowledge mainly introduces astrophysics,quantum mechanics,relativity and other advanced scientific research content,focusing on practice.Therefore,it is necessary to learn frontier physics knowledge education for high school students.In this thesis,the relevant research literatures in China and abroad are widely reviewed.Combining with the high school physics curriculum standard,developing teaching principle,cognitive doctrine and constructivism theory,this paper illustrates the necessity of physics frontier knowledge teaching.In order to accurately understand the current situation and existing problems of the frontier physics knowledge teaching in practical teaching,this paper conducted a questionnaire survey and interview with physics teachers and grade two students at different levels of high school in Puyang.The results were analyzed from two aspects on teaching and learning.In the teaching of the frontier knowledge of physics,it mainly includes four aspects:teachers' interest,the ways teachers deal with that,the difficulties and solutions concerned and the reasons why the frontier knowledge of physics is neglected.In the learning aspect,it mainly includes students' attitude,cognition,evaluation and reasons,difficulties and solutions.The results were then analyzed and the main problems were summarized to three aspects,including the guidance of the of the college entrance examination,the shortage of the teachers and the difficulty of the frontier of physics.Aim to solve these problems,several strategies are proposed.Mainly including three ways: adhering to the direction of new curriculum reform,improving students' scientific literacy,strengthening teachers' cutting-edge knowledge skills and optimizing teaching content,simplify cutting-edge knowledge to stimulate learning enthusiasm.Finally,three teaching cases on three different methods were given concerning multimedia teaching,demonstration experiment and online video.The teaching cases using multimedia lecture are "cosmic navigation" and "special relativity".The teaching cases using demonstration experiment are "particle nature of light" and the teaching cases of online video are "Black hole","gravitational wave" and "star evolution".It is hoped that these cases will provide reference for the subsequent physics frontier knowledge education researchers and frontline physics teachers.
