The guidelines for kindergarten education(trial)issued in 2001 mentioned that home co-education is an important means to promote the comprehensive development of children.Home to the two sides to communicate effectively is advantageous to kindergarten teachers to understand young children's specific situation,grasp the development of children,promote the comprehensive development of children's physical and mental health.In many families,because the children's parents work busy and have life pressure,they don't have enough time to take care of their children,that make grandparents to take care of the children,and increase kindergarten teachers and grandparents communication frequency.Therefore,the importance of communication between kindergarten teachers and grandparents is increasingly apparent.This article uses the literature method,questionnaire method and interview method to survey research.By means of different types,different levels of kindergarten teachers and grandparents after the questionnaire survey,presents the basic status of kindergarten teachers communicate with grandparents,and carries on the analysis summary.At the same time,interviews were conducted with 13 kindergarten teachers of different educational backgrounds and teaching ages and 8 grandparents of different ages and genders.Then combined with the interview records,a comprehensive discussion is carried out to delve into the existing problems.Based on the above three research methods sum up the problems and reasons,we put forward suggestions for preschool teachers and grandparents to effectively communicate.The comprehensive improvement of kindergarten teachers' communication ability is related to the healthy development of children.However,the current communication between kindergarten teachers and grandparents still has problems: lack of initiative in communication and the frequency of active communication is low.The effective communication time is short and the communication environment is noisy.The content of communication is single,just focusing on children's life and physical conditions.Both they lack understanding of each other and so on.Therefore combined with the actual situation to put forward some countermeasures.Let the kindergarten clear responsibility,play a leading role.Comprehensively improve the communication ability of kindergarten teachers,master the communication skills with grandparents and enrich the content of communication.Finally,by changing the concept of grandparents to enhance the effectiveness of communication and so on.
