A Survey On The Current Situation Of The Communication Of The New Kindergarten In Rural Areas

As the two main effects of physical and mental development of children,family and kindergarten must keep accordance not only in action that raises the same requirement to children, but also in belif that is from the same in educational purpose,process and method. Kindergarten must rely on the effective communication between teachers and parents to reach combination.Communication is the bridge between teachers and parents.It can not only help parents update educational belief,master methods to cultivate children,but also can help teachers enrich their teaching experience and promote their professional development.Questionnaire,interview and observe are the research instruments. This study is contered in kindergarten teachers and parents, and reashered from subjective knowledge and objective behavior in communication between teachers and students,to investigate the current communication situation in T county’s new kindergarten in Anhui.And also this study concludes the achievements and shortage in the communicationThe major findings are:firstly,although there is achievement in the communication,there is still many problems,such as no communication in the family,unfair chance for parents to communicate,not enough preparation before communication,no accrdance in the communication contends between kindergarten and parents,single from of communication and differents in subjective and objective behavior.Secondly,the main influence factor to the communication are family,teachers, kindergarten and government.Based on the major findings,this study put forward the following suggestion in developing communication in country new kindergarten:firstly,update parents educational view and communication skills to communicate with teachers positively.Secondly,help teachers develop professional ability and master communication skills.Thirdly, kindergarten shoud carry out new communication form that adapts county and update principal’s belief.Lastly, government shoud put into financial support,perfect law and regulation,enhance the spread of social media and kindergarten teachers’communication theory,skill and study.
