In order to meet the needs of society for talents and meet the requirements of modern compulsory education,how to cultivate and improve pupils' awareness of mathematics application at the primary stage has become the focus of current educators' research and thinking.Based on the requirement of cultivating students' application consciousness,the demand of cultivating pupils' mathematics literacy,the value embodiment of mathematics subject education and the realistic needs of pupils' mathematics learning mentioned in the Compulsory Education Mathematics Curriculum Standard(2011 edition),the author analyzed the current situation of the research on the application consciousness of mathematics at home and abroad,and the present situation of pupils' application consciousness of mathematics.Investigation and training strategies were carried out.Firstly,this paper analyses the relevant theories of consciousness and application consciousness,mathematics application and mathematics application consciousness,and cultivation of primary school students' mathematics application consciousness,which provides a theoretical basis for the writing of this paper.Secondly,in order to fully understand the current situation of pupils' mathematics application consciousness,the author consults relevant literature,designs the questionnaire of pupils' mathematics application consciousness,the test paper of pupils' mathematics application ability(hereinafter referred to as "test paper")and the interview outline of pupils' mathematics application consciousness(student aspect)according to pupils' characteristics and learning situation.The subjects of the questionnaire are some pupils of low,middle and high grades in four primary schools in a district of Changchun City;the subjects of the test paper are pupils of six grades in four primary schools in a district of Changchun City;in order to understand the current situation of pupils' mathematics application awareness in many aspects,the author designed the "Interview Outline of Primary School Students' Mathematics Application Awareness" for both front-line teachers and researchers(front-line teachers).Face)and "Outline of Interview on Mathematics Application Consciousness of Primary School Students"(for Teachers and Researchers).The interviewees were four front-line math teachers of L Primary School in a district of Changchun City and math teachers and researchers of a district of Changchun City.Through the statistics and analysis of questionnaires,test papers and interview results,the author finds that pupils' mathematics of mathematics application is relatively weak,teachers' professional quality and application awareness need to be improved,and schools and parents need to make efforts.Combining with relevant educational theories,the author puts forward effective strategies to cultivate pupils' awareness of mathematics application and improve teachers' professional quality,and puts forward reasonable suggestions for schools and parents.Finally,the author summarizes,rethinks and prospects the whole paper.
