Research On The Construction Of Core Quality Index System Of Students In Gymnastics General Course Of Physical Education Major

With the continuous development and improvement of China’s educational reform process,the cultivation and improvement of the core literacy of Chinese students has become the top priority in today’s educational reform.In 2016,general secretary of the Chinese students to develop the core literacy and xi under the guidance of the medium and long term youth development plan(2016-2025)"released and issued in October 2017,the ministry of education of disciplinary core literacy curriculum standard releasing,marked the current improve core quality system and implement to various professional disciplines and to cultivate youth core literacy has become urgent.Students majoring in physical education,as the new force for the development of physical education,will be the teachers for the future physical education,amateur training and community fitness guidance in primary and secondary schools.And is in the common course for the gymnastics sports education specialized backbone course,to improve the students’ sports skills,training and exercise habits,shaping a good sport emotion and physical character such as core literacy has immeasurable role,but due to the current core literacy in the common course for the gymnastics training goal,the content is not specific,and can’t guide the practice.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the construction of the index system of students’ core literacy for the general course of gymnastics in physical education to promote the teaching reform and cultivate students’ core literacy.By using the method of literature and consulting a large number of related literatures,this paper sorts out and analyzes the internal relations of cultivating students’ core qualities in the general course of gymnastics.Through the interview method,preliminary screening and to determine the index system of physical education major students core literacy,through the Delphi method and mathematical statistics,the statistical analysis of three rounds of the survey,to determine the final physical education major students core quality index system and calculate the index weighting,finally examples of gymnastics teaching in the common course for the sports education students core literacy training ideas,this paper studies the main conclusion is as follows;(1)three rounds of expert investigation using interview method and Delphi methodfinally determined that the core quality index system of gymnastics general course students in physical education major includes 3 first-level indicators,10 second-level indicators and 35third-level indicators.(2)through the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and the percentage calculated the weight of each index weight method,the analysis found in gymnastics class sports education professional students need most core literacy level indicator is "sports character",the second is the "movement",the last is "health behaviors",in the secondary indicators,the most important thing is "morality",the second is "gymnastics skills",and at last the "sport",in the three-level index,top is "abide by the rules","good faith" self-discipline,"use to protect the help gymnastics technique to protect help" and "brave strong".(3)Combined with the analysis of the teaching example of gymnastics general course,the following train of thought for cultivating students’ core quality is given: optimizing the teaching design of gymnastics general course around the core quality,emphasizing the teacher’s goal consciousness,guiding the content through the goal,attaching importance to students’ main body and paying attention to students’ development;Strengthen the implementation of regular gymnastics classroom teaching,create situation,strengthen practice,timely feedback,individualized teaching,extracurricular development,enrich teaching;Deepening the teaching of new media technology in gymnastics.
