To promote the development of the students’ individuality, admit students’ individualcharacteristics is the core of the quality education in our country. It is generally recognizedand accepted by the contemporary education to cultivate students’ personality development, sothe main melody in improving the contemporary education development is to build a model ofteaching, which could respect students’ individual differences, combine students’ individualcharacteristic and it also could implement the principle of teaching students according to theiraptitude earnestly. The study is on the basic of respecting students’ individual differences andimplementing the principle of teaching students according to their aptitude as the teachingprinciple. In the gymnastics class, we take the teaching idea that is increasing the technologydifficulty action to meet the personalized needs of different students. Through a semesterteaching experiment, it makes a certain effect, such as the final technical examination resultsin experimental class students’ improved obviously. The enthusiasms of students in class havefurther improved. Generally speaking, the students’ autonomous learning ability is enhanced.The study makes a conclusion and Suggestions in using literature material, observing,teaching experiments and mathematical statistics to discuss the individualized teachingcorrelation theory, conduct personalized teaching involves the teaching contents, demonstratethe examination standard, the assessment methods and scoring method and also make atheoretic exploration about the experimental results. The conclusion and suggestions are asfollow:1. After three rounds expert questionnaire,Constructing to build lesson in four basictechniques of the teaching in43which increases the difficulty of movements basic framestructure in general gymnastics,inserting new difficulty action into teaching in teachingschedules and every class teaching plans and learning organization form. The experimentalresults show that, the original teaching task and new teaching mission accomplished, andachieved good teaching effect in a semester teaching experiment. This shows that this kind ofway to increase the teaching content for the personalized teaching mode is feasible andsuccessful. 2. Evaluation results show that, the individuation of the teaching of the experimentalclass final exam performance by average are higher than that in comparative classes. Thedifferences of four projects about P value are less than0.01. It shows that experimental classpersonalized teaching effect is better than that in comparative classes.3. The laboratory of individualized teaching complies with the time request: respect andrecognize students ‘individual difference, well carry out the principle of teaching studentsaccording to their aptitude; meet the students’ curiosity and challenging, cultivate the students’autonomy; enrich the teaching content, our students have widened their filed of vision,cultivate the students’ ability of practice.4. This research discusses the personalized teaching method has certain feasibility,strong applicability and good application effect; the proposal can be in sports colleges anduniversities sports general course application value of popularization. This experimentteaching content add a selective examination method for other project, it also has certainsignificance. The individuation of the teaching concept and method is to cultivate theinnovation spirit and innovation ability of the high quality talented person’s way, is the themeof education reform. It is suggested that the universities physical teachers to acknowledgestudents’ differences and the uniqueness of the objective existence of the basis, in the sportsteaching the should attach great importance to and play each student’s personality. Learn torespect and appreciate the student’s individual uniqueness. The design of physical educationclass teaching must take the student as this, select highly personalized sports teaching content,in order to stimulate students’ learning motivation and desire to explore and adopt moreconform to the students’ physical and mental development of diversified teaching and theteaching strategy.
