Swimming is a sport that is suitable for all ages and is popular among people at home and abroad.In developed countries,special emphasis is placed on the teaching of swimming programs.In the primary and secondary schools in the United States,swimming pools,professional lifeguards,and swimming programs are required as primary and secondary schools.In China,swimming is used as an important sports development project.All kinds of professional public and private swimming training schools and institutions are widely spread throughout the country.In the basic education of the country,swimming teaching has also been taken as a key content.At the end of April 2018,the national senior high school entrance examination was reformed.The physical education class became the fourth major subject,and the swimming project was the first type of assessment project.So far,many places have included swimming in the sports test.To this end,various provinces and cities have carried out a variety of "swim into the classroom" activities.In this paper,students from Hangzhou School of Science and Technology,such as Shenyang Shenyang Road Primary School,Yucai Primary School,Jinggangshan Primary School,etc.,which are better at the school,use 3D video swimming teaching as a teaching method,aiming to further explore how to improve The teaching quality of primary school swimming lessons,the innovation of new primary school swimming lessons,and how to strengthen the use of scientific and technological teaching methods.Provide new ideas and methods for the development of swimming teaching,improve the teaching effect of swimming courses and the enthusiasm of students.According to the needs of the research,this paper adopts questionnaire survey method,data statistics method,experimental method,expert interview method,etc.,taking the teachers and students of the six primary schools in Wuhan as the survey object,starting from the characteristics and development methods of 3D video swimming teaching.Put 3D video swimming teaching into swimming teaching,and compare the teaching effects before and after the students from the three aspects of fear water psychology,learning enthusiasm and self-confidence.Finally,through the test,the analysis results are summarized and summarized.Thus the relevant conclusions are drawn:(1)The application of 3D video technology in teaching can fully improve the teaching atmosphere of swimming.(2)The application of 3D video technology in teaching facilitates students to grasp all kinds of swimming skills more intuitively,thus fully reflecting the psychological cognitive characteristics of minors.(3)The use of 3D video technology in teaching has formed a multi-dimensional teaching characteristics and mode,and promoted the strengthening and improvement of swimming teaching methods.(4)The application of 3D video technology in teaching plays a guiding role in reaching the swimming standards after class.(5)The application of 3D video teaching technology fully reflects the rational integration of science and technology with traditional teaching.
