In order to solve the existing problems in the training of swimming teams in Municipal Sports schools, and to demonstrate the correlation between high-intensity intermittent training and the level of anaerobic endurance of young swimmers. To study the changes of anaerobic endurance of young athletes before and after high-intensity intermittent training, and to provide reference for the physiological basis of high-intensity intermittent training and anaerobic endurance training.By using the methods of documentation, expert interviews and experiments,14 male swimmers(12-14 years old)from Sanming Major Sports School in Fujian Province were selected as subjects to study the effects of high-intensity intermittent training on anaerobic endurance of young swimmers. The following conclusions were drawn:(1)Before and after short-term high-intensity intermittent training, three anaerobic power indicators, maximum power, average power at maximum power stage and power decline rate, were significantly improved in Wingate 45 s anaerobic power test of young swimmers(P<0.01).Short-term high-intensity intermittent training has a positive effect on the anaerobic power of young swimmers.(2)Before and after short-term high-intensity intermittent training, the maximum blood lactate level of young swimmers after Wingate 45 s anaerobic work test was significantly increased and improved(P<0.01).Short-term high-intensity intermittent training can enhance the body's endurance of blood lactic acid in adolescent swimming, thus improving the body's anaerobic capacity, and has a positive effect on the anaerobic endurance training of adolescent swimmers.(3)Through short-term high-intensity intermittent training,it has a positive effect on improving the performance of young swimmers in 200-meter medley.Specifically,it has a positive effect on the performance of freestyle and butterfly in 200-meter medley(P<0.01),but it has no obvious improvement on the performance of breaststroke and backstroke. In addition, the experimental process and data processing are synthesized and the following suggestions are made:Athletes in this study were only in grades 2 to 3,aged 12 to 14.High-intensity intermittent training is used in the anaerobic endurance training of higher-level or older athletes to achieve the same positive effect, which is not involved in this experiment. In the course of training and experiment, there was no control group because the number of samples was only 14 athletes. Moreover, there is no specific training for physical function in the routine training of these 14 athletes,so we can only use the data of the same athletes before and after the high-intensity intermittent training to make a comparative analysis, which is prone to larger errors. When selecting samples, athletes with physical function training in the routine training plan should be selected, and the control group should be set up to reduce the experimental error. The training duration in this paper is only two months, and the training form is only underwater training, which is also the shortcoming of this experiment. In the process of designing the high-strength intermittent training plan,we should pay attention to both land training and underwater training. On the one hand,it can make the training plan complete,on the other hand, for a longer training cycle, the more perfect the training plan, the more efficient the training effect can be maintained.
