Purpose of the study:First of all,through a large number of early literature reading and accumulation,comprehensive understanding and grasp the relevant theoretical knowledge of simultaneous training.Secondly,the method of simultaneous training is applied to the physical training of badminton special college students to explore the development and change of strength and aerobic endurance quality of badminton special college students in physical education under the training of strength and endurance at the same time,and to analyze the reasons for the change.Finally,the study was conducted abroad On the basis of a large number of research,learn from and learn a lot of places,which will be conducive to the future of strength and endurance training at the same time,more comprehensive and in-depth research,analysis and discussion.Experimental methods:(1)Training method:1 upper and lower extremity muscle strength training,the intensity of week 1-2 is 65% of the 1RM measured at the beginning of the experiment,the intensity of week 3-5 is selected 85% of the results of the 1RM test in week 2-5 for this stage training,and the 85% of the results of the 1RM test in week 5-8 are selected for the stage training.Repeat each group for 1-2 weeks 15 times,3 groups,rest 30 s between each group;5-8 weeks of each group repeat 5 times,4 groups,rest time between each group not less than 2 minutes,and then start the next group;2 aerobic tolerance in week 1-2,the subjects at the maximum oxygen intake of 6 0-70% intensity completed treadmill exercise lasting 30 min;at 5-8 weeks,subjects completed intermittent training lasting 40 min on the treadmill with near-maximum oxygen intake intensity(exercise time 3 min,training rest ratio 1:1,total 5 groups,including warm-up and relaxation runs for 5 min each before and after training).In combination with muscle strength training and aerobic endurance training,the two methods are trained twice a week in the same session.(2)Test method:1 squat,push the maximum strength of the use of 1RM direct test.Use a dynamometer to test for lower extremity outbreaks force,using the vertical jump(CMJ)as the test method,a total of 3 times,between the interval of 3 minutes,record the best results.The upper and lower extremity explosive force also uses the sitting position push medicine ball,the standing long jump carries on the test,altogether 3 times,records the best result.1 Maximum oxygen uptake using the power bicycle indirect test,using the YMCA motion scheme.Results:After 8 weeks of individual strength training,the test indexes of the force group all changed significantly(P <0.01),the maximum force of squat(28.62%),the maximum force of lying push(18.18%),the standing long jump(35.61%),the push ball of sittingposition(10.69%)and the height of vertical jump(15.44%),the force rate(13.96%)were significantly different(P <0.05).After eight weeks of training at the same time,the test indexes of the strength endurance group varied to varying degrees,including the maximum squat strength(27.75%),the maximum push force(19.60%),the standing long jump(33.33%),the sitting push ball(10.43%),the vertical jump height(11.47%),the power rate(22.26%)and the maximum oxygen intake(6.79%)(P <0.01).After eight weeks of training at the same time,the subjects in the endurance strength group had varying degrees of change in each test index,including the maximum squat strength(20.00%),the maximum push force(17.40%),the standing long jump(33.96%),the sitting push ball(10.65%),the vertical jump height(24.04%),the force rate(11.39%)and the maximum oxygen intake(6.12%)(P 0.01).Only in the range of increase in the maximum strength of squats,there were very significant differences between the strength group,the strength endurance group and the endurance strength group(P <0.01),which were 28.62%,27.75%,and 20.00%,respectively.There was no significant change in the range of the other indexes between the two groups(P >0.05).Conclusions:(1)At the same time training can significantly improve the strength of badminton special college students,explosive force,aerobic endurance quality;(2)When physical education badminton special college students are trained in the same period,the muscle strength is compatible,and the strength group is consistent with the development trend of muscle strength change in the same period group;when the strength training includes both upper and lower limbs training,the content of endurance training involves more upper or lower limbs repeats with the strength training content,the training sequence will affect the strength adaptation of the same period training.(3)For the physical education badminton special college students for the same period of training,muscle explosive compatibility,training order will not affect the same period of training explosive adaptation.;(4)Strength and endurance training is compatible with aerobic endurance,and the order of training will not affect the aerobic endurance adaptation of the same period training.
