At present,the kindergarten curriculum reform in our country and the all-round social and parents of young children education attaches great importance to and expectations,the kindergarten needs to improve the kindergarten education teaching quality,so we need a batch of high quality,professional early childhood teachers,and garden this research as a "bottom-up" research mode,is a kind of based on the case of teaching and research,in the kindergarten as the research place,preschool teachers as the research subject,the teachers in the education teaching work encountered in the actual problem as the research object,its fundamental purpose is to in the process of solving practical problems at the same time promote preschool teachers’ professional ability and quality,Then promote and improve educational practice.A new public park due to the limitation of its own factors,the understanding of garden this research is not enough in-depth and comprehensive,system construction is not perfect,therefore,positive attention to the research in the new public parks to carry out the actual situation,analysis and discuss the new public garden garden this research to carry out,the problems of summary and induction effect new public garden garden this research carried out effective elements,put forward to improve the new public garden garden this research carried out effective Suggestions,to promote teachers’ professional ability and quality,and promote the development of kindergarten and reform has important significance.In this paper,questionnaires and interviews were used to select 16 newly-built public kindergartens in Chengdu.290 front-line teachers and 36 administrators were interviewed in the questionnaire on kindergarten-based teaching and research of new-built public kindergartens(teacher volume/manager volume),and 8 front-line teachers and 5 administrators were interviewed later.Based on the investigation into the current situation and existing problems of kindergarten-based teaching and research in newly-built public kindergartens and the reasons affecting the effective implementation of kindergarten-based teaching and research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Overall analysis of the effectiveness of kindergarten-based teaching and research in newly-built public parks:(1)teacher volume: according to the investigation and analysis of front-line teachers in newly-built public kindergartens,front-line teachers’ scores of kindergarten-based teaching and research are between 4.5-4.7,among which,the score of elements of teaching and research results is the highest and the score of teachers’ attitudes is the lowest.(2)management volume: after conducting questionnaire survey on managers of newly-built public parks,it is concluded that managementThe scores of kindergarten-based teaching and research of new public kindergartens are between 4.2 and 4.5,among which the support system of kindergarten-based teaching and research gets the highest score,and the recognition of kindergarten-based teaching and research value gets the lowest score.2.Analysis on the differences of different demographic variables in the garden-based teaching and research of newly-built public parks:(1)teacher volume: after SPSS statistical analysis,it is found that teachers of different ages,teaching ages and educational backgrounds show significant differences in the overall score of kindergarten-based teaching and research,and teachers of different majors and positions show no significant differences in the evaluation of kindergarten-based teaching and research.(2)management paper: after SPSS statistical analysis,it is concluded that there are significant differences in the effectiveness scores of kindergarten-based teaching and research among different ages,teaching ages,positions,educational backgrounds and grades of kindergartens.3.Analysis on the demography differences of various elements in the kindergarten-based teaching and research of the newly-built public garden:After SPSS statistical analysis,it is concluded that teachers of different ages,teaching ages and educational backgrounds have significant differences in the effectiveness of kindergarten-based teaching and research.Based on the above conclusion,the author analyzes the currently existing in the public garden garden this research to carry out the new problem,discussed from two aspects of objective and subjective influence of new public garden garden this research carried out effective elements,and from the perspective of the elements of garden in this research,attempts to put forward to promote the new public garden garden this research carried out effective Suggestions.
