The key concept of the new curriculum is ‘Everything for the development of eachstudent’, especially emphasizing ‘focus on student’. A kindergarten teacher’s ability ofanalyzing the learning situation of students not only deepen his or her knowledge of thestudents, but also enable the children to obtain suitable education. Employing documentarymethod, questionnaire method, interviewing method, physical analysis method, etc, this studyelaborates the current situation of kindergarten teacher’s ability of analyzing the learningsituation of students, pointing out the existing problems, then works out the solutionscorrespondingly. Meanwhile, this thesis may enhance the ability of kindergarten teachersanalyzing the learning situation of students as well as assist teachers improve the quality ofteaching.This thesis contains three parts as follows:Part1.Raising the questions. With demonstrating the background, significance andmethods, this thesis conveys the study of kindergarten teachers’ ability of analyzing thelearning situation of students. On the basis of reading relevant materials, this study indexesthe results from previous investigations of kindergarten teachers’ ability of analyzing thelearning situation of students from the perspectives of implication, significance, content,methods, application etc.Part2. This thesis discusses the current situation of kindergarten teacher’s ability ofanalyzing the learning situation of students, which is the comprehension, the main content, thekey methods, the problems and their causes of this analysis.Part3. Aiming at the problems and their causes of kindergarten teachers’ ability ofanalyzing the learning situation of students, this thesis abstracts four strategies to improveteachers’ ability-establishing the theory of ‘standing for children’, from ‘learning based onteaching’ to ‘teaching based on learning’, multiple dimensions and multipath of the analysisof learning ability.
