Learning and mastering self-care ability is the most basic and core goal for intellectually disabled children,which can not only reduce the burden of family and society,but also improve their quality of life.However,intellectually disabled children have many difficulties in learning self-care ability due to the problems of cognitive,motor and learning motivation.Although some studies have explored the improvement of the self-care ability of intellectually disabled children from the perspective of cognition,few studies have considered from the perspective of fine motor skills.Therefore,it is worth exploring whether the fine motor development of intellectually disabled children directly affects their learning of self-care ability and the degree of this influence.This study will explore moderate mental retardation children's fine motor training effect to the promotion of its life self-care ability,using a single subjects experimental study of cross subjects multiple baseline design of experiment,with three society-adaptation moderate retarded children of grade 2 as the research object,the independent variable is fine motor training,the dependent variable is the continuity percentage action learning effect of independent living skills.After the experimental treatment of subjects in the baseline period(A),intervention period(B),generalization period(C)and maintenance period(M),visual analysis and C statistics were used for data analysis,and the social validity of this study was established by combining the teaching feedback interviews of parents and teachers.The results are as follows:(1)fine motor training has a good immediate effect on the improvement of self-care ability of children with moderate mental retardation;(2)fine motor training has a good generalization effect on the improvement of self-care ability of children with moderate mental retardation;(3)fine motor training has a good maintenance effect on the improvement of self-care ability of children with moderate mental retardation;(4)fine motor training has good social validity on the improvement of self-care ability of children with moderate mental retardation.In addition,this study explores the fine motor training methods for children with moderate mental retardation,and summarizes the corresponding training analysis steps,training sequence and training principles.According to the research results,the author analyzed and discussed the fine motor training program from the aspects of formulation,implementation,implementation effect and influencing factors.Finally,this study puts forward corresponding suggestions from the aspects of object selection,object evaluation,determination of self-care skill and establishment of fine motor training program,etc.,providing reference for the following relevant research.
