Rhythm is an important guarantee for the success of badminton matches.Rhythm sense and rhythm consciousness must be cultivated through rhythm training.At present,badminton development shows a good trend,but there are also some problems such as the uneven level of Amateur Badminton Coaches and the imperfect training methods.Variation training method,as a new training method,has great influence on the footwork training sub-items of badminton beginners.There are three sub-items in the footwork training of badminton beginners,namely,six-point footwork,mobile shoot-out and physical fitness.Most coaches do not have a thorough understanding of the variation training method,so it is particularly important to study the specific influence of the variation training method on the training sub-items of the footwork for beginners of badminton and how to use the variation training method to improve the effect of the training sub-items of the footwork for beginners of badminton.This paper uses literature,expert interviews,experiments,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to write the paper.In this paper,12 badminton players from Maqizhai Primary School in Weiyang District of Xi'an City were selected as the experimental subjects.The experimental subjects were divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was trained by variation training method,while the control group was trained by traditional uniform rhythm training method.At the end of the experiment,the completion time of the six-point footwork,the number of successful shoot-outs and the physical fitness test data of the two groups before and after the experiment were compared.Finally,the research results were summarized and concluded.The main results are as follows:1.At the end of the experiment,the six-point walking time of the students in theexperimental group increased faster than that of the students in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups.2.After the end of the experiment,the growth rate of the successful number of the students in the experimental group in moving to hit the fixed penalty is faster than that of the students in the control group,and the growth rate of the two groups is significantly different.3.At the end of the experiment,most of the students in the experimental group grew faster than those in the control group.There was a significant difference in the growth rate of rope skipping in one minute between the two groups.Research conclusions:1.The application of variation training method can shorten the completion time of six-point footwork for beginners of badminton.2.The use of variation training method can accelerate the stability of the footwork of the beginners of fixed badminton and improve the number of successful shoot-outs for beginners of badminton.3.The application of variation training method can improve the special physical fitness of the footwork training for beginners of badminton more quickly.At the same time,it can better cultivate the sense of rhythm and sense of rhythm for beginners of badminton,and deepen their understanding of badminton.
