Moving footwork and speed are important contents of badminton training,skillful,reasonable and fast moving footwork can create a good hitting environment and improve the quality of batting.This study aims to compare and analyze the effect of skipping rope and conventional footwork movement training,and provide a theoretical reference for mobile footwork training in badminton.This study selected 44 physical education students as study participants.Among them,22 students in the experimental group used skipping rope training as a training intervention;In the control group,22 students were treated with conventional footwork movement training as the intervention method,and the intervention time lasted for 10 weeks.Through reviewing literature and interviewing experts,it was determined that "30-meter run","Illinois sensitivity test","T-shaped run","2 round-trips comprehensive footwork","5 round-trips","5round-trips" and "standing long jump" were used as the evaluation index system.The K-S method was used to test the normal distribution of the data,and the independent sample T test was used to compare and analyze the forward test data.The paired-sample T-test was used to compare and analyze the pretest and post-test data in the group.The independent sample T test was used to compare and analyze the data of different groups after the intervention,and the results of the test analysis were theoretically analyzed by logical reasoning combined with literature review,and the results and conclusions were obtained.Research results:(1)After 10 weeks of skipping rope training intervention,there was no significant difference in the standing long jump performance of boys(P>0.05)and the female standing long jump(P<0.05)between the experimental class and the control group,and there was no significant difference in the standing long jump performance of boys and girls in the control group(P>0.05).There was a significant difference in the standing long jump performance of boys and girls in the experimental group(P<0.05).(2)After 10 weeks of skipping rope training intervention,there was no significant difference in the Illinois sensitivity test(P>0.05)for boys between the experimental class and the control group,no significant difference in Illinois sensitivity test and T-shaped running(P>0.05)for girls,and significant difference in T-shaped running(P<0.05)for boys.There were significant differences in Illinois sensitivity test and T-shaped running(P<0.01)between boys and girls in the control group.There were significant differences in the Illinois sensitivity test and T-shaped running(P<0.01)for boys in the experimental group,and significant differences in Illinois sensitivity test and T-shaped running(P<0.05)for girls in the experimental group.(3)After 10 weeks of skipping rope training intervention,there were very significant differences between the experimental class and the control group in the comprehensive footwork of boys and girls in 2 round trips and 5 round trips(P<0.01)between boys and girls,5 round trips in front and back footwork for boys and 30 meters for boys and girls(P>).0.05)there was no significant difference,and there was a very significant difference in the 5 round trips(P<0.01)of the girls’ front and back footwork;there was a significant difference in the control group,and there was a significant difference in the 30-meter run(P<0.05)of the boys in the control group,and there was no significant difference in the 30-meter run(P>0.05)of the girls.There were significant differences in 2 round trips,5 round trips,5 round trips and5 round trips(P<0.01)in boys’ comprehensive footwork,2 round trips(P>0.05)in girls’ comprehensive footwork,5 round trips in girls’ left and right footwork and 5 round trips(P<0.05)in girls’ left and right footwork,and 5 round trips(P0.05)in the experimental >group.There was a significant difference in the 5 round trips(P<0.01)of the front and back footwork.Conclusions:(1)After 10 weeks of skipping rope training and regular training,the standing long jump performance improved in both groups.However,there was no significant difference between skipping rope training and regular training for boys,and the results of skipping rope training girls were better than regular training.(2)After 10 weeks of skipping training and regular training,the scores of Illinois sensitivity test and T-shaped running were significantly improved,but the T-shaped running(P<0.05)of jumping rope training boys was better than conventional training.(3)After 10 weeks of skipping training and regular training,the two groups of comprehensive footwork 2 round trips,5 round trips of left and right footwork,and 5 round trips of front and back footwork were significantly improved,but the jump rope training had a better effect on the performance of 2 round trips of comprehensive footwork and 5 round trips of left and right footwork,and there was no significant difference in 30-meter running.(4)Since the action structure of skipping rope training and related footwork training has certain similarities with badminton special footwork,it can produce good positive migration,effectively improve badminton’s special movement ability,and help individuals construct scientific and stable exercise patterns,thereby improving special sports performance.Research recommendations:(1)Integrate skipping rope training into various training items,enrich teaching content,and increase students’ interest.(2)Although the way of skipping rope training is more diverse,it lacks running between marches,so it is combined with regular practice in the long-term practice process to achieve the best training effect.(3)The research results on skipping rope training are mainly on the research on sensitive quality,balance,sensitivity and physical health,and there is less research on the special movement speed of badminton.Most of the studies were conducted on children and adolescents,and less on college students between the ages of 18 and 22.Therefore,it is hoped that more scholars can explore sports training methods in an all-round way.(4)There should be no idea of completely replacing the traditional badminton speed quality training,the relationship between the two should be complementary,is as an extension and supplement of the traditional badminton speed quality footwork training,should better combine the two,in order to play a 1+1>2 effect. |
