Vocational outlook education is a practical activity in which educators help and guide educational objects to form scientific vocational cognition,professional emotion,professional quality and professional attitude,so as to influence their career orientation and career development.With the increasing number of college graduates,the country’s new occupation division brings new changes in the occupation field,what kind of people to train is the top priority of college personnel training."Generation Z" college students refer to those(employed and unemployed)born between 1995 and 2005,who are also known by scholars as Internet natives.Colleges and universities,as the "last mile" of the career role transformation of "Generation Z" college students,provide students with planned and organized education and guidance on career outlook at the university stage,which can not only help students establish a correct career outlook to adapt to the national economic and social development,but also give play to students’ subjectivity in employment,promote equal employment,and improve the efficiency of labor market allocation.The first part of the paper.Overview of the development of "Generation Z" Chinese society,especially the Internet field has achieved a breakthrough from zero to one.Pay attention to the new changes of "Generation Z" college students’ career outlook in the new era and new situation,and find out the potential problems of "Generation Z" college students’ career outlook education.This paper adopts methods such as literature review,participatory observation and multidisciplinary research,clarifies relevant basic concepts and characteristics,and finds that domestic vocational outlook education needs to be further improved and implemented according to the research status at home and abroad.The second part of the thesis is the theoretical basis of the study of vocational view education.To sort out the discourse of Marxist classical writers on vocational view education,we can trace back to the source,as the theoretical guidance of the research content;To sort out the discussion of the Chinese Communist Party leaders on vocational view education,we can fully and accurately understand and grasp the important thoughts of the party to train talents.The third part is to design the education mode of "Generation Z" college students’ career view education.Based on the basic principles of Marxism,the "law of Obedience to Service" of ideological and political education and the law of the influence of the development of the "Generation Z" career outlook of college students,the research theories of ideological and political education,sociology and career planning of college students are comprehensively applied.This paper puts forward that the basic elements of "Generation Z" college students’ career outlook education include five elements: education goal,subject and object,environment,time and information,and makes an in-depth analysis of the internal relations among the five elements.The fourth part,based on the relevant research report on the current situation of "Generation Z" college students’ career outlook,analyzes the current situation and causes of "Generation Z" college students’ career outlook.Found that "Generation Z" college students have a sense of planning,but not strong execution;Strong self-awareness,but poor social adaptability;Job-hunting behavior is online,but the trend of slow employment is obvious.There is a mixture of hope and anxiety about new careers.This is mainly due to the unclear career goals of "Generation Z" college students,the need to strengthen the understanding of professional ethics,the failure to timely control the negative effects of slow employment,and the existence of "worries" in career choice.The fifth part is the countermeasures of "Generation Z" college students’ career view education.On the basis of the research of the first,second,third and fourth parts of this paper,countermeasures are put forward from the following three aspects: First,follow the basic principles of Marxism and firm the direction of vocational view education.It should be policy-oriented and progress with The Times,adhere to the Marxist standpoint and view,and be guided by Xi Jinping’s important exposition on vocational education.Second,following the fundamental law of ideological and political education,optimize the education system of vocational outlook.It is necessary to strengthen the construction of teachers in vocational education,pay attention to the formation and development of the professional ethics of the educated,and the educated should associate the personal ideal with the social ideal.The third is to follow the law of "Generation Z" affecting college students’ career development and implement the education of career outlook.It is necessary to respect the individual uniqueness and development potential of the educatees,to drive the activeness of social participation,and to explore the new space of vocational concept education.
