Case Study On Teaching Reflections Of Novice Mathematics Teachers

Teachers need to have reflections on teaching in the process of growth and development,for example,how to grasp to the teaching material,and understand the intention of the author,w,hat are the advantages and disadvantages of a class,what kind of teaching objectives can be achieved in the whole class,whether it is suitable for students' psychological development level,whether it can meet students' needs,and whether it meets the requirements of mathematics curriculum standards,all of these require teachers to reflect and study.This article mainly uses the case analysis method and the interview method,the author has carried on the analysis research to present situation and the ways of novice teachers ‘ teaching reflection.The results show that :(1)In order to cope with the errand,novice teachers cannot effectively instruct their teaching;(2)novice teachers use students' reaction,collective discussion and high-quality curriculum resources as the channels of teaching reflection in demonstration lesson,so as to improve teaching,optimize classroom effect and achieve the goal of improving teaching quality.Therefore,teachers should adopt students' suggestions reasonably and insist on writing teaching reflection.Schools should establish a reasonable assessment system,provide multimedia technology support to teachers,and effectively carry out teaching and research activities.This research is conducive to the continuous review and diagnosis of the teaching process of novice teachers,timely adjustment of teaching behavior,teaching reflection to better serve education and teaching,in order to improve the teaching level of teachers,and then to achieve the optimization of classroom teaching effect.
