The material delivery of kindergarten class art area is an important point for teachers to promote the development of young children through activities in the art area.Novice teachers usually lack practical skills in this area.In this case,through the observation and interview of two novice teachers in class D Of Nanjing H Kindergarten for four months,this paper summarizes the characteristics and influencing factors of the professional development of novice teachers in the material delivery of art area in the case,and summarizes the Enlightenment to the professional development of novice teachers.First of all,on the basis of analyzing and sorting out the data collected in the earlier period,this study is based on the understanding of the importance of art area materials,the main body of art area materials delivery,the basis of art area materials delivery,the source of art area materials,and the types of art area materials.This paper expounds the current situation of materials delivery in the art area from six angles,such as the timing of materials delivery,and so on.Secondly,based on the materials delivery in the art area,the researchers analyzed the professional development of novice teachers:first,the professional concept took root and sprouted,mainly manifested in from the general attention to the meticulous attention and from the teacher's unilateral delivery to the multi-subject delivery of two aspects;Second,the professional knowledge develops branches and scattered leaves,mainly in three aspects:material type,variety of material sources,and abundance of input basis;The third is that the professional ability thrives,mainly in three aspects:the timing of the investment is flexible,the teaching reflection is frequent and the home cooperation is efficient;the fourth is the professional identity blooming results,mainly expressing the self-affirmation of the progress in the art area material delivery process.Then,this study analyzes the factors that affect the development and change of novice teachers' materials delivery process in the art area.The conclusions are as follows:individual characteristics are the intrinsic motive force of novice teachers'professional development,and important others are a bright lamp of novice teachers'professional development.Organizational training is an effective way for the professional development of novice teachers,and the atmosphere of the kindergarten is a fertile soil for the professional development of novice teachers.Finally,according to the results of the case study,the author draws some enlightenment for the rapid development of the novice teacher's profession:first,from the teacher's personal point of view,the author promotes the perfection of the professional idea and strengthens the reserve of the professional knowledge.Attach importance to the practice of professional ability;Second,from the perspective of kindergarten,create a good atmosphere,organize teachers and apprentices to pair,carry out kindergarten-based training.
