With the rapid development of the global economy, social competition is becoming increasingly fierce. There are many things in life make us feel confused, helpless, lonely, and exhausted, for example, interpersonal relationships, working pressures. These negative factors will cause bad feelings for parents. It also affects children's mental health subtly.Studies have shown that emotional intelligence has the same impact on children's problem-solving skills and peer relations as intelligence quotient, and now IQ is a familiar word.As we all know,IQ has an impact on all aspects of individual life.In the past, people with high IQ believed that they had higher learning efficiency and better problem-solving skills.Only high-intelligence children could achieve excellent academic performance. However, research shows that one person the score on IQ is not very much related to the success of the subsequent career. How to explain this phenomenon? Are individuals with high IQ better than ordinary people? At this time, people realize that affecting a person's development,in addition to cognitive intelligence factors, more importantly, emotional intelligence factors. The famous American psychologist Goleman once said that the decision of a person's success lies in emotional intelligence.Emotional intelligence is not born.It can be cultivated. The systematic EQ training course can significantly improve a person's emotional intelligence level.Especially in the critical period of emotional intelligence training, early childhood EQ training will have a profound impact on their lives. This study takes children's emotional intelligence training as the research content, investigates and studies children's emotional intelligence training. This study used a class play scale,a children's problem behavior scale,a friend nomination test, and a primary school language math test to test 100 second-grade primary school students to explore the relationship between emotional intelligence, prosocial behavior, interpersonal relationships, and problem behavior. The results are as follows:(1)Emotional intelligence training can significantly improve the prosocial behavior of children in lower grades, improve children's interpersonal relationships and poor communication, and reduce child aggression.(2)Prosocial behavior and poor communication have a multi-media relationship between children's emotional intelligence and academic achievement, that is,emotional intelligence training promotes pro-social behavior, improves interpersonal relationships, reduces poor communication, and promotes children's academic performance.(3)Emotional intelligence training can significantly improve cognitive and social development of children, moral behavior, and academic performance, thus it can be regard as an important measure to improve children's mental and physical health development.
