Vocational education is an extremely important part of the education in China,and vocational teacher training is the top priority of the development of the vocational education.However,the traditional vocational training excessive focuses on the knowledge and skills taught in the classroom and neglects to accompany subjectivity of the vocational education teachers.Generalization of the course content and methods,weaknesses of quality control,and lack of continued learning opportunities result in training vocational teachers unable to adapt to the needs of the community.To ultimately improve the effectiveness of vocational teacher training and change teacher training course,we need to face the current classroom problems of vocational teacher training,construct SPOC mixed teaching mode of vocational teacher training based on mastery learning theory as the cornerstone,and diversify extensive teacher training teaching model.This article uses literature research to analyze domestic and international literature and cutting-edge information and deeply understand SPOC curriculum pattern research.Also,after investigating through questionnaire survey on SPOC in the feasibility analysis of the application of vocational teacher training courses,this article believes that SPOC is proposed not only for vocational training,but also can be applied to vocational training,even resolve many problems in the existing vocational training.At the same time,in order to show SPOC can turn teachers training of vocational education direction,which use master the mastery learning theory as footstone and way of qualitative analysis through “chance”,“perseverance”,“quality of teaching”,“the students understanding ability” and “aptitude” those five factors.Based on those,it put forward vocational education teacher training curriculum reform scheme based on SPOC,then design vocational education teacher training curriculum based on SPOC which main represent its integration,flexible,synchronization and centralization.Specially,it will architecture of five hybrid network learning model and four teaching resources on network platform module,including online courses,online practice,online test and online evaluation.Finally,using knowledge update class curriculum and skills upgrading courses as an example to build up model of vocational education teacher training curriculum based on SPOC which as a reference for training teachers and researchers who work in teachers' professional information and training.
