A Study On The Prevention And Disposal Of College Students' Injury Accidents

College students' injury accidents refer to the accidents that happened in general colleges education implement or organized extracurricular activities,as well as in the school buildings,sites and other educational facilities and living facilities,which college has the management responsibility,caused the consequences of personal injury or mental injury on colleges students.Research on students' injury accidents is of great practical significance for effectively preventing the happening of students' injury accidents,improving the precaution and disposal efficiency of students' injury accidents,ensuring the safety of the students and maintaining the stability of colleges.In this study,the methods of literature,interview,field observation and case study are used to empirically study the occurrence,prevention and disposal of the students' injury accidents in the sample school— X college in Shanxi province.The research shows that the sample school has done a lot in the prevention of student injury accidents.To a certain extent,it has reduced the incidence of student injury accidents.And the average students' injuries were less in the sample school,while the major students' injury accidents dominated by suicide were more frequent.The main problems are: the safety management is not in place,the safety education is inappropriate,the communication between accident disposal subjects is not sufficient,the responsibility for accident is difficult to identify,and the accident recovery measures are not effective.On the basis of the above research,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to avoid the students' injury accidents and improve the ability to prevent and deal with the students' injury accidents.In terms of student injury prevention system,the legal system of school safety should be completed,the diversified school safety management mechanism should be established,school safety management and safety education system should be improved,and the mental health of college students should be paid more attention.In the aspects of student injury accident response system,the accident decision-making command mechanism,the emergency linkage mechanism and standardized response systemshould be set up,to properly dealt with the students' injury accidents.In the system of student injury accident rehabilitation,the monitoring mechanism of accident public opinion,the psychological crisis intervention mechanism,the liability mechanism for accident disposal,the accident compensation mechanism,accident summary mechanism and post recovery and reconstruction mechanism should be established.
