The development of information technology provides a variety of ways for human to acquire knowledge.Among them,video has become the preferred resource for people to learn online and offline by virtue of its vivid image.Especially with the strong promotion of the teaching department,many schools,organizations and individuals devote a large amount of manpower,material resources and financial resources to the development and construction of video resources every year.Different types of teaching video costs in the process of production need is different also,so whether the us into the teaching of higher production costs produced video learning effect is better than that of the low cost production of teaching video? Based on this,from the perspective of production costs,this study explores the declarative knowledge teaching video,different types of teaching video on learners' learning effect,learning satisfaction,and the effect of cognitive load.This paper through the literature research,analyzes the related research of teaching video,and through the literature research summarizes several common types of teaching video,comprehensive consider investing in the production process of manpower and material resources,technical difficulties,etc.,to be classified as three categories,respectively is low cost,moderate cost,and high cost.And through content analysis,"the Chinese university MOOC platform" as the analysis object,statistical cost of each type of teaching video in the video,the application of the selected PPT recording screen type,picture in picture fusion and studio recording video for three types of teaching video type of follow-up study.Then through the empirical research method,three different types of declarative knowledge teaching video are studied to influence the learning effect of learners.Mainly includes two research: research in experimental environment,with college students as the research object,and strictly control the learners to video viewing times and time,etc.,first to a pretest of subjects,and then let the participants learn video,after after test.Study 2 is in the ecological environment,namely the appropriate control of experimental process at the same time the experimental environment as close as possible to the real online autonomous learning environment,use the same experiment and research material,to explore different types ofteaching video effects on learners' learning effect.Research data analysis results show that: in the experimental environment,PPT recording screen type,and studio video picture in picture fusion three different types of video teaching for learners to keep the test,the influence of the migration test and cognitive load were no significant differences,but on the learning satisfaction,studio video learning satisfaction is highest,and PPT recording screen set minimum,fusion group picture in picture in the middle,and studio video group is significantly higher than PPT recording screen.Study data analysis results show that: under the ecological environment,the different types of teaching video to keep the learner's test,migration test,learning satisfaction,and the influence of cognitive load were no significant difference.Based on the above conclusions,this article from the teaching video resources construction level declarative knowledge for the future design and development to provide the reference of teaching video,make the design of the teaching video developers in the process of making video about how to guarantee the study effect at the same time,better reduce the cost of teaching video develop into documentaries.At the same time,due to the limitation of research time,there are still some shortcomings in this study,which requires a more rigorous and comprehensive demonstration in the future.
