With the continuous implementation of the new curriculum reform and the professional requirements of teachers' profession,the instructional design competence has gradually become an important factor influencing the quality of teachers' teaching.Therefore,improving the instructional design competence of normal college students has become the focus of college teacher education.As an institution of higher education for basic education teachers,there is a responsibility and obligation to train more qualified teachers for the society;instructional design competence plays an important role in the professional quality of modern science teachers.It is an ability that teachers must possess.Its good or bad will directly affect the teaching effect.Therefore,higher normal colleges and universities should actively cultivate and improve the instructional design competence of scientific professional normal students.Simulating teaching rehearsal is an effective way.It can effectively and quickly improve in a short period of time.Instructional Design Competence for Normal College Students of Science.The research papers on domestic research instructional design competence mostly focus on the composition and training methods of instructional design competence.They mentioned the role of simulation teaching practice in the training of instructional design competence,but only qualitatively stated that simulated teaching practice can exercise and improve students.The teaching and design ability does not specifically discuss how the simulated teaching practice affects the ability of various dimensions in the instructional design competence,and no one has quantitatively studied the effect of simulated teaching practice on the ability of various dimensions in the instructional design competence.In this study,85 students from two classes of Life Sciences in Shanxi Normal University are taken as samples,and the three stages of the preparatory stage,the role simulation stage,and the evaluation feedback stage of the simulated teaching rehearsal are taken as research objects,and collected through questionnaires and interviews.The data,using the triangle mutual evidence method,using the mean,attitude scale analysis,and interviews,three methods tojointly explore the impact of simulated teaching rehearsal on the ability to cultivate preservice science teachers' teaching design,and also figured out the different stages of simulated teaching rehearsal.The eight-dimensional ability of the teaching and designing ability helps the situation,and knows which of the three dimensional capabilities of the simulated instructional rehearsal are the most helpful and which of the three dimensions are less helpful.The conclusions are as follows:First,the "single exercise" in the "simulation preparation phase" of the simulated teaching rehearsal is most helpful in improving the ability of teaching event arrangement in the instructional design competence,and it is less helpful to the learner's analysis ability.The "combination practice" in the "preparation stage for simulation" helps to increase the ability of teaching events in the design of instructional design,and it helps the learner's analytical ability to a lesser degree.Therefore,it can be seen that the“preparation phase for simulation”helps to increase the ability to arrange teaching events in the instructional design ability and help the learner to analyze the ability.The "Role Simulation Stage" of the simulated teaching rehearsal is of greatest help in improving the ability of teaching events in the design of instructional ability,and it helps to minimize the analysis ability of learners.The "Teacher's Comments" in the "evaluation feedback phase" of the simulated teaching rehearsal helped the teaching ability of the instructional design ability,and helped the learner's analytical ability to the minimum.The “student review” of the “assessment feedback phase” of the simulated teaching rehearsal is of greatest help in improving the ability of teaching events in the design of instructional capabilities.Therefore,it can be seen that the“evaluation feedback phase” helps to maximize the teaching event arrangement ability in the instructional design competence..When the same training session in the same stage of the simulated teaching rehearsal is studied in different ways,the ability to teach designing ability and the ability to help other students in different dimensions in the instructional design ability are not the same,so the other dimensions cannot be obtained.The ability to help the size of the conclusion can only get the greatest help in improving the instructional ability of instructional design and help the learner's analysis ability to be less helpful.To sum up,we can see that simulated teaching rehearsal are of greatest help in improving instructional ability in instructional design and help learners with less analyticalskills.Second,pre-service science teachers agree with the effect of simulated teaching rehearsal on cultivating instructional design competence,and think that the effect is better.Based on the above conclusions,suggestions were given to pre-service science teachers and college instructors,respectively.
