The Research On Young People Example Education Based On "Acceptance Theory"

"There is no morality,no country,no country,no morality." ideological and moral education is the backbone of the construction of the soul of the Chinese nation.It is powerful support for the Chinese nation to rejuvenate of the Chinese nation.Young people as the backbone of leading the social atmosphere,their generation of moral standards and spiritual features represent the future civilization of the Chinese nation.As the mainstream mode of ideological and political education advocated by the Party and the country,example education plays an important role in strengthening the ideals and beliefs of young people to improve their ideological consciousness and shape their moral quality.Nowadays,the change of domestic and foreign situation have intensified and the young people's ideological and moral construction has come to a new opportunity,they also need to directly look at the current severe challenges.China's rapid economic growth,further opening up to the outside world,provides opportunities for young people to understand the world and broaden their horizons,and at the same time makes international ideas pour into the country,resulting in increasingly sharp and complex cultural competition.The infiltration of various cultural thoughts makes some values distorted,money worship,hedonism and extreme individualism gradually grow,which brings negative influence to the cultivation of teenagers' moral character.With the rapid development of Internet,mobile phone software and other technologies,it provides a new platform for teenagers to learn and entertain.At the same time,decadent and backward culture and harmful information also invaded through various ways and erode the hearts of young people.The emergence of this issue has raised a series of new issues for improving young people's ideological and moral construction and promoting the efficiency of example education.This article mainly takes the acceptance theory as the breakthrough point,broadens the research field of the ideological and political education,the basic elements of model education and the learning and operating mechanism by studying the basic theory of model education.In the analysis of the status quo of the model education,this article starts with the key elements of model education and the learning mechanism as an entry point,and analyzes in depth the role and the individual attributes of each accepted element in the model learningeducation as a whole,and analyzes the influence of model education.The status quo and problems of the factors,through analysis,found that there are four major problems in current youth model education: First,the establishment of role models and the lack of model education processes have weakened the influence of role models;second,the self-awareness of young people has gradually strengthened and the role model has increased.Education is difficult to accept;third,social transformation makes the social environment more complex and diverse,making model education into an unprecedented plight.Fourth,model education media is used in a single way,media use is less,and the role of education media is not fully used.On the basis of sorting and sorting the existing problems,this paper finally combined with the theory of acceptance to propose feasible measures and suggestions for improving the efficiency of model education.
