| With the rapid development of knowledge economy,colleges and universities,as an important organization of knowledge production,dissemination and application,are closely connected with related industries and markets,and become a force that can not be ignored under the background of "double innovation".As the main body of innovation and entrepreneurship,college teachers have natural technological advantages and are an important factor in improving the conversion rate of scientific research achievements,it plays an important role in promoting scientific and technological innovation,improving industrial competitiveness and developing regional economy.However,for a long time,there has been the problem of the disconnection between the scientific research achievements of universities and the development of social economy in our country,and many scientific research achievements with good application prospects have not formed the effective transformation of productive forces,so it is very important for the university teachers who have not started an academic business to improve their willingness to start an academic business.Based on the theory of Technology Acceptance(TAM),this paper summarizes the related literatures at home and abroad,this paper theoretically analyzes the influence of individual factors,organizational factors and social environment on the academic entrepreneurship willingness of university teachers.Among the individual factors,the author focuses on outcome expectation,the theoretical model of this paper is constructed based on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use.Then I chose some typical s university teachers to carry on the analysis,found out their academic entrepreneurship intention is not high,using QCA(qualitative comparative analysis method)to carry on the data analysis to the questionnaire of33 s university teachers,two combination paths of influencing factors of academic entrepreneurial will are obtained.The results show that: Path 1: Outcome expectation,self-efficacy and entrepreneurial-oriented organizational culture play a leading role.According to the theory of technology acceptance and specific influencing factors,this path is the performance of perceived usefulness,therefore,from the perspective of perceived usefulness,this paper puts forward some strategies to improve the academic entrepreneurship willingness of s university teachers,that is,to create a high-quality campus entrepreneurial culture and to enhance the academic entrepreneurship expectation and effectiveness of teachers,including: 1.Strengthen the promotion of Academic Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial Role Models;2.Establish the Evaluation System of academic entrepreneurship;3.Strengthening the construction of entrepreneurial-oriented organizational culture.Path 2: outcome expectation,entrepreneurial identity,organizational structure and social environment play a leading role.According to technology acceptance theory and specific influencing factors,this path is the embodiment of perceived ease of use,therefore,from the perspective of perceived ease of use,this paper puts forward some strategies to improve the academic entrepreneurship willingness of s university teachers,namely,organizational structure and policy support,to help teachers achieve recognition and expectations,including: 1.To strengthen the teaching and training of Teachers’ academic entrepreneurship;2.Improve the platform for collaborative innovation;3.We will strengthen policy support for academic entrepreneurship. |
