On Specialty Group Construction In Higher Vocational Colleges

With the development of society,the specialty division of labor is becoming increasingly detailed,the requirements for employees in different areas are becoming specific,the scope of work is shrinking,and the content of work is moving towards the direction of high sophistication.Close cooperation with each other is very important.This collaboration is the integration and docking between different professions.How to integrate the similar specialties effectively and realize the joint utilization and sharing of resources is the key content that enterprises need to explore,and also is the problem that higher vocational colleges must focus on.The National Demonstrative Higher Vocational College Construction Plan to Speed up the Reform and Development of Higher vocational Education,which was published by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance,has promoted the integration and development of various specialties in Higher Vocational colleges,and has also promoted the pace of specialty group construction.In other words,the construction of professional group has become a decisive move for higher vocational colleges to get considerable development.Strengthening the construction of professional groups is an important way to enhance the connotation and expand the external competitiveness of Higher Vocational colleges.It can integrate the existing,loose and isolated teaching resources in Higher Vocational Colleges to maximize the effectiveness of teaching resources.This study takes the actual situation of the construction of specialty group in S Vocational and Technical College as the research object,adopts the methods of questionnaire survey,case analysis,interview and so on,probes into the achievements of the construction of specialty group in S Vocational and Technical College and analyzes the existing problems.The study finds that the main problems in the construction of specialty group in S Vocational and Technical College are:the connection between the construction of curriculum system and the demand of specialty group,the development of practice equipment and specialty group,and the teaching mode,which seriously hinder the effectiveness of the construction of specialty group.The main reasons for these problems are the following aspects,such as the lack of a strong sense of sharing in the construction of professional groups,and the severe restriction of traditional education and teaching mode.Through systematic analysis,this study holds that the construction of specialty groups in higher vocational colleges should follow the principles of industrial chain construction,adaptability of educational and teaching resources,emphasis on strengthening characteristics,further smooth the path of specialty group construction,construct curriculum group based on specialty group construction,as well as the open sharing and sustainable development productive training base.raining teaching team with strong cooperation ability and information technology teaching ability,build and share high-quality professional teaching resources.At the same time,the construction of specialty groups should be firmly guaranteed,the feasibility study,the dynamic links between economic development in the construction area should be strengthened,and should strengthen directional guidance and policy support,strengthen the relative balance among specialties within the specialty groups,strengthen the supervision of the construction of specialty groups,and improve the evaluation mechanism.
