Research On The Construction Of Professional Group In Higher Vocational Colleges From The Perspective Of Industry And Education Integration

China’s economy is changing from the stage of rapid growth to the stage of highquality development,the effect of industrial cluster is becoming more and more obvious,and the demand for high-quality technical and skilled personnel is becoming more and more urgent.Higher vocational education,which is closely related to industrial development,must adapt to the new trend of industrial development and the new changes in the demand for technical talents.It is an inevitable trend for higher vocational colleges to deepen connotation construction to build a high-level professional group from the perspective of industry-teaching integration and improve the adaptability and pertinence of talent training.In 2015,the ministry of education issued several opinions on deepening the reform of vocational education and teaching and comprehensively improving the quality of talent training,pointing out that "professional groups with distinctive characteristics and significant benefits should be built around various economic belts,industrial belts and industrial clusters to meet the needs".The construction of professional groups in this period highlights the clear guidance of "service demand",emphasizes the construction of characteristic and advantageous professional groups based on external demand,and guides the scientific orientation of schools.At the end of February 2019,the CPC central committee and the state council issued 2035 on the modernization of education in China,and the general office of the CPC central committee and the general office of the state council issued the implementation plan for accelerating the modernization of education(2018-2022),making deepening the integration of industry and education in vocational education one of the top ten priorities.In other words,the construction of professional group based on the integration of industry and education has become a decisive move for vocational colleges to achieve long-term development.Therefore,strengthening the integration of industry and education in the construction of professional group is an important way for vocational colleges to improve their connotation and expand their external competitiveness.This study takes the reality of the professional group construction of G Vocational and Technical College as the research object,and uses case analysis,questionnaire investigation,interviews and other research methods,further discusses the current situation of the construction of the college professional group,and summarizes the experience of college,analyzes the problems existing in the process of the college professional group of construction and the reasons,and then puts forward the corresponding optimization countermeasures.This study argues that strengthening the construction of vocational technical college professional group of G should be based on the regional industrial structure to build professional group,obtain the dual probe as the main body to build professional group,and professional post ability as the core to reconstruct curriculum system,on the premise to realize integration management training resources sharing,information fusion produce teachers oriented optimization teaching staff.Through the summary of the case analysis,based on the perspective of the integration of production and education,the author finally summarizes the methods and experiences of the professional group construction in other higher vocational colleges,and proposes the corresponding construction path: clear the logic of the construction,and actively adapt to the industrial development;Build a community with a Shared future for schools and enterprises,and explore the reform of talent model;Integrate teaching resources and enhance the ability of integrated development;Demand-oriented,improve the ability of social services.The construction of professional groups in higher vocational colleges is a system project that requires long-term investment and involves many.It is necessary to analyze and integrate its element resources in order to achieve the complete system design and planning.Especially in different types of vocational colleges,how to carry out the construction of professional groups in higher vocational colleges under the integration of industry and education,and how to optimize the integration of industry and education,involves the difficulty of reforming the system and mechanism,and further details are needed Research.
