Studies On The Teachers’ Job Burnout In Benxi Broadcast Television University

Job burnout refers to the individual who is working under pressure and tension for long-term,can’t deal with various setbacks caused an exhaustion of body,mind and emotional.Teacher is an occupation,which pays the most mind and emotion to make relation ship with others frequently,especially prone to job burnout.Teachers of adult college under high levels of stress because of complexity of the social factors,work factors and individual factors can’t get effective relief lead to the job burnout phenomenon is highlighted.The teacher’s job burnout of adult college affects their professional emotional experiences,professional development ability and career transition.Study the teacher’s job burnout of adult college is important to improve teacher’s positivity and efficiency on work,to promote the development of the adult college,and to enrich and perfect the relevant theories of job burnout.This thesis mainly studies Benxi Radio and Television University(Hereinafter referred to as the BXTVU).From the perspective of public management through the questionnaire and interview to research the teacher’s job burnout of adult college,to analysis the status,influence factor and factor of the teacher’s job burnout of BXTVU and to find the corresponding countermeasures to solve the job burnout.This thesis is divided into four parts.The first chapter is an introduction that introduces the and significance of the topic,the literature review,the research methods and possible innovation points.It is the logical starting point to established good foundation for the future study.The second chapter is the investigation and analysis of the teacher’s job burnout of BXTVU.It expounds the situation of the teachers in BXTVU,reflect objectively the status of the job burnout,and to be prepared for the further empirical analysis.The third chapter is the reason that causes the teacher’s job burnout of BXTVU.Respectively from individual,organization and society to discuss the main reason of the teacher’s job burnout of BXTVU.It provide guidance to eliminate the measure of the teacher’s job burnout of BXTVU.The forth chapter is how to eliminate the measure of the teacher’s job burnout of BXTVU.It aimed at the present situation and causes of the teacher’s job burnout of BXTVU,and put forward countermeasures on individual,organization and society three aspects.
