Since tourism has become a strategic pillar industry to promote China's national economic growth,tourism management talents have increasingly become the core elements affecting the development of the industry As an important channel to transport talents,the quality of classroom teaching and learning directly affects the cultivation of tourism talents.Therefore,strengthening the quality of the undergraduate classroom teaching and learning in tourism management major is of great significance to improve the quality of tourism management talents and promote the development of tourism.With the reform of information-based teaching and learning,blended-learning came into being and played an increasingly important role in improving the quality of teaching and learning and the cultivation of tourism talents.In this context,based on the previous research results,aiming at the current situation that the research on blended-learning in China is less in tourism management major,the research on the undergraduate classroom teaching and learning reform of tourism management major based on the blended-learning is valuable for theory and practice.In terms of theoretical analysis,this thesis researches the generation and application of blended-learning,the connotation and characteristics of blended-learning,the basic teaching and learning activities of blended-learning,and the development prospects of blended-learning,based on the literature and theoretical basis,which providing theoretical guidance for subsequent research.In terms of empirical analysis,based on the relevant theoretical analysis,this study starts from the investigation of the current situation of the undergraduate classroom teaching and learning in tourism management major,absorbs and draws on the maturity scale developed by the predecessors about the classroom teaching and learning evaluation,and comprehensively uses questionnaires and personal interviews to collect and analyze the problems and causes of the undergraduate classroom teaching and learning at the present stage in tourism management major,which established an empirical basis for the development below.In the aspect of classroom teaching process design,based on the above theoretical analysis and empirical research,this study expounds the advantages of the undergraduate classroom teaching and learning based on blended-learning in tourism management major,and the basis and principle of the undergraduate classroom teaching and learning process,then the classroom teaching and learning process model is constructed from three levels:pre-analysis,link and content design,and evaluation design.Pre-analysis focuses on the analysis of learners,learning content and learning environment to determine the preconditions for classroom teaching based on blended-learning.Link and content design focuses on the teaching and learning links and teaching and learning contents that must be followed in classroom teaching and learning from the perspectives of online classroom teaching and learning,face-to-face classroom teaching and learning and after-school teaching and learning.Evaluation design aims to study the effects and problems of classroom teaching and learning from the perspective of blended-learning through the evaluation of teachers' teaching effects and the evaluation of students' learning effects,and then carry out targeted optimization and reform.In terms of case analysis,this paper selects the section of "Service Etiquette of Tourist Guide" in "Tourism Service Etiquette" as a teaching and learning case,and verifies the classroom teaching and learning effect based on Grounded Theory.Facts have proved that blended-learning solves the problems existing in the undergraduate classroom teaching and learning at the present stage in tourism management major.The classroom teaching and learning effect is remarkable,but there are still some deficiencies.In view of the deficiencies,this paper focuses on the recommendations from the three levels of teachers students,and schools.It is believed that only when we strengthen the teachers' cognitive and application skills of blended-learning,the students' blended-learning ability,and the school's construction of a blended-learning environment,can we improve the quality and level of the undergraduate classroom teaching and learning in tourism management major,and then improve the quality of tourism talents.
