40 years of reform and opening up,from all walks of life flowers,steady rise of the national economy,tourism is booming in recent years,make contributions to China's anti-poverty tough,much attention has been paid to tourism as a pillar industry of the country's third industry,is our country based on to build a well-off society in an all-round way to modernize the country's development path.Comrade Xi said: "talent is the foundation of a rich country and a great plan to revitalize the country." The development of tourism is inseparable from tourism talents,so talent training is crucial.The students majoring in tourism management in colleges and universities are an important source of talents in the tourism industry in the future.Training tourism talents with outstanding learning ability can effectively promote the steady development of tourism enterprises in the fierce market competition and effectively promote the improvement of the comprehensive competitiveness of the tourism industry.This paper analyzes the forming mechanism of the learning ability of tourism management undergraduates by identifying the influencing factors of their learning ability,and puts forward some strategies to improve the learning ability of tourism management undergraduates.In terms of the study on the influencing factors of learning ability,firstly,through literature research and interviews with experts,the author determines that drive,reflection,self-control and creativity are the influencing factors of learning ability of students majoring in tourism management,and constructs a theoretical model of learning ability of undergraduates majoring in tourism management.Secondly,based on the model and related research,the paper proposes research hypotheses,sets up a questionnaire,and conducts a difference analysis with the tourism management undergraduates and non-tourism management undergraduates in northeast China as the survey objects.Finally,exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis are carried out by empirical research method,and the path model of influencing factors on the learning ability of tourism management undergraduates is obtained.Specific conclusions are as follows:1.Establish the research framework of factors influencing the learning ability of tourism management undergraduates.Through the literature and the related theory,in the understanding of tourism management undergraduate students,on the basis of actual situation,related research of scholars at home and abroad for reference,learning ability,puts forward the factors affecting learning ability hypothesis formation path theory model and learningability,through the empirical analysis will drive,reflection and self-control ability as the key factors that affect tourism management undergraduate learning ability.At the same time,by investigating the actual situation of undergraduates majoring in non-tourism management,the differences between the factors influencing the learning ability of undergraduates majoring in tourism management and undergraduates majoring in non-tourism management and the formation mechanism are obtained.The causes of errors in theoretical analysis and empirical research are discussed.Finally,it is proved that the driving force is positively correlated with the learning force,the reflective force is positively correlated with the learning force,and the self-control is positively correlated with the learning force.2.This paper constructs a learning force formation path model for undergraduates majoring in tourism management.Based on theoretical research and existing learning force related results,a model of learning force influence mechanism was constructed on the basis of regression analysis.The formation path model of learning force in tourism management major was obtained by using Smart PLS software and partial least square method,and the formation mechanism of undergraduate students' learning force was sorted out.It mainly includes: the driving force has a positive influence on the learning ability of tourism management undergraduates through reflection and creativity;The reflective force influences the undergraduate students' learning ability through their learning ability and perseverance.Self-control affects the learning ability of tourism management undergraduates through drive,reflection and creativity.3.Some strategies are put forward to improve the learning ability of tourism management undergraduates.Based on the path model,mainly from the student drive,reflection and self-control system,by setting the multivariate the cultivation of the professional learning goals,the innovation of tourism management professional course,creating an environment of tourism management professional reflective learning,deepen the students' self-awareness,improve students' self-efficacy and improve tourism management students' healthy psychological quality to promote the learning ability of students who major in tourism management,the professional education of tourism management of scientific and reasonable reference for the teaching work.
