With the rapid development of information technology,promoting the integration of education and modern information technology has been raised to the height of national strategy.In the current secondary vocational education,students' interest in learning is relatively low,the basic knowledge is relatively weak,the traditional teaching disadvantages gradually appear,there is a situation that needs to be reformed.In the era of education information 2.0,learner-centered blended learning emerges at the historic moment.Blend learning makes full use of the advantages of traditional teacher-student face-to-face teaching and online learning with the help of information-based teaching methods,so as to help improve the teaching quality of the course.However,the implementation of blended learning in the actual secondary vocational teaching is not optimistic,there are some problems,such as the use of teachers' informationized teaching equipment is relatively simple,teachers' informationized teaching design ability is insufficient.Taking teachers and students of tourism major in secondary vocational schools as the research objects,this study combines the application status of blended learning in secondary vocational tourism major and learning characteristics of secondary vocational students.Under the guidance of constructivism learning theory and interconnectivism theory,it draws lessons from relevant teaching models to construct a blended learning model based on vocational education cloud.And the teaching case design of blended learning based on vocational education cloud is implemented in the course of Tourism Policy and Regulations in secondary vocational schools.The following studies are carried out in this study: Firstly,the current status of blended learning research at home and abroad is understood through literature analysis.Secondly,through student questionnaire survey and teacher interview,the author grasps the current situation of blended learning of students majoring in tourism in secondary vocational schools,as well as the learning interests and preferences of students in the course of Tourism Policy and Regulations.Thirdly,by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of blended learning and referring to the relevant mature models,the construction strategy of blended learning model is proposed.On this basis,the construction of blended learning model based on vocational education cloud is carried out.Finally,the blended learning model based on the vocational education cloud platform was applied to the teaching practice of the course "Tourism Policy and Regulations" in secondary vocational schools,and the teaching effect was discussed,from which problems and deficiencies were found and suggestions for improvement were put forward.This study has drawn the following conclusions :(1)It is necessary and feasible to carry out blended learning in the course of Tourism Policy and Regulations in secondary vocational schools,and the cloud learning platform of vocational education is conducive to the implementation of blended learning in tourism teaching in secondary vocational schools.(2)Taking advantage of secondary vocational students' curiosity and dependence on mobile phones,the teaching of blended learning mode with the help of information technology can improve students' interest in learning.(3)Blended learning carried out before,during and after class with the help of vocational education cloud is of great help to improve students' classroom participation.(4)Compared with the traditional teaching mode,the teaching effect based on the blended learning mode is higher,which is helpful to improve the teaching quality of the course and meet the diversified learning needs of different students.
