In the past few years,information technology has been in a state of rapid development.Internet technology is infiltrating into various industries of the society.People who use the Internet in China are in a leading position in the world.In such a big environment."Internet +" is a major change in education and is slowly being noticed."Micro-course" is a relatively new model.More and more colleges and universities cite this kind of teaching method in different subjects,mainly in the form of shorter micro-video,which is very convenient and easy to use.Relatively flexible.Research USES the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,interview method,experimental method and mathematical statistics methods such as the application of micro course of martial arts teaching in colleges and universities study,analysis and induction micro lesson in two classes of northeast normal university humanities college application situation,and through the teaching experiment method,micro course of martial arts teaching in colleges and universities for the future provide the basis of practice.Through the experimental research,it is proved that micro class,as an auxiliary teaching method,is feasible and effective in the process of martial arts teaching in colleges and universities.Through the intervention of this means,the enthusiasm of students who want to learn can be fully and effectively mobilized.Meanwhile,the initiative and subjective initiative of learning can also be mobilized,and the ability of students to carry out independent learning can also be improved.Through collecting and sorting out relevant literature and conducting research verification in the experiment,the following conclusions were drawn:1.Through the eight-week test,the experimental group and the control group have a significant improvement in both the standardization of routine movements and the coherence of the whole routine compared with the control group,which shows that the teaching assistant means of Wushu micro-course is more suitable for the teaching of Wushu micro-course in Colleges and universities.2.Wushu teaching combined with micro-class teaching mode,through theintervention of micro-class teaching means,students' learning motivation has been mobilized,self-learning increased,and through cooperative inquiry learning,students' self-confidence has also been improved.3.Through the intervention of Wushu micro-course teaching,the teaching quality of Wushu course can be effectively improved.To a certain extent,it also enriches the teaching content of Wushu public course in Colleges and universities,and provides practical guidance for Wushu teaching.4.Micro-class teaching mode can not replace traditional Wushu teaching.It can only be a supplementary means,which can be used not only in Wushu teaching in universities,but also in other projects.But it is only a supplementary means.In practice,it still needs to be integrated with traditional teaching mode to achieve the effect of complementing each other's strengths and weaknesses.
