With the fast development of the times,the Internet is blooming everywhere,which is used in all fields of society,and is of great significance to the education industry.In the past ten years,"micro course" has been introduced into our country,and some schools have introduced the research results of micro course into teaching.Micro class has short time,few and precise contents,strong pertinence,low requirements for equipment,and is very convenient to use.In this paper,using the method of literature,the application of martial arts micro class teaching literature.The micro class is applied to the martial arts teaching of one experimental classes in Xianning Oriental Foreign Language School by using the experimental research method.The theory,technology and students' learning interest are tested.The results of the use of statistical methods,data analysis,analysis of different teaching methods produce different teaching results.In order to test the impact of micro class on primary school martial arts teaching,learn from the experience of micro class teaching,and provide reference for martial arts micro class teaching.By sorting out literature,conducting teaching experiments and analyzing experimental data,the following results are drawn:1.The introduction of micro courses into primary school martial arts teaching can help students master the theoretical knowledge of martial arts,further improve their martial arts skills,and generate strong interest in martial arts learning.2.The traditional teaching is the main part,the micro class teaching is the auxiliary,develop the advantages and avoid the disadvantages,and improve the learning efficiency of students.3.Sufficient hardware equipment,rich software platform and students' needs provide the feasibility for the micro class production;the new mode and high adaptability make the micro class have the advantages of introducing primary martial arts teaching.4.The design and production of micro courses should follow the three principles of emphasizing the specification and consistency of actions,highlighting the key and difficult points,paying attention to details,from simple to intricate,from easy to hard,and step by step.
