With the advancement of science and technology,and the development of the computer industry,Internet technology is gradually rising,and it has had a strong impact on all walks of life in the society.The education industry is no exception,forming a new area of education in which Internet+education,big data,artificial intelligence and cloud computing are emerging.As a key role in education and teaching,facilitators have a very important in:fluence on the implementation of teaching activities.The information attributes of facilitators should attract our attention.However,after the investigation of relevant websites and literatures that record facilitator information at home and abroad,it is found that there is no uniform standard and norm,and the definition of facilitator information is not scientific and normative.For the definition of facilitator information metadata,the facilitator information model has not yet formed a unified understanding.Thus it limits our access to facilitators' relevant information,limits the individualized matching of facilitators and students,the formulation of teaching decisions,and the interoperability of facilitators'information and data on different platforms.Therefore,based on the analysis of existing research and related websites,this study hopes to construct a general educator information model by using scientific methods,provide standardized management data for educational administrators,provide standardized research for educational researchers,and provide model guidance of facilitators for various educational systems designer.In order to construct a scientific and perfect educator information model,this study uses various research methods,such as survey method,literature research method and action research method to analyze the current status of existing teacher information attributes based on the investigation of related websites and related documents involving teacher information attributes,and to find a general educator information metadata model and data exchange standards,then we have initially identified seven aspects of teacher information attributes:facilitator's personal information,management information,coaching information,performance information,academic ability,relationship information,and security information.At the same time,each type of information is deconstructed in detail,a more detailed framework is constructed,and the UML class diagram is used to clearly explain the relationship between different information,thus forming a comprehensive universal facilitator information model.Finally,the study has carried out the corresponding XML binding description of the teacher element,thus provided a reference for the practice of the teacher information model.
