Research On The Student Leaders Communication Based On The Communication Model Diagram System

Communication, primarily responsibility for an administrator, is playing an more and more important role in the modern lives of many people. When large enterprises recruit young graduates, good communication skills will be essential. Excellent communication ability of university students will bring them a better development.Classes are the basic constituent units of colleges and universities, and are also important subjects for education , teaching and management. By class-based self-management, student leaders will have an impact on the effectiveness of activity in student affairs. It is beyond doubt that Class cadres' communication ability will lead to a well or a ill effectiveness of class work.Although there have been some research on university student's communication ability, research on groups of student leaders is relatively small. Therefore, this paper is ultimately for the communication ability of the student leader groups.The paper, using Johari Window theory and System of Management and Communication, does a further theoretical explore. Simultaneously, by practical example, the current communication situation of student leader groups is evaluated. Then, an analysis of restrictive factors in effecting communication circumstance is showed. At last, there are some advices for how to improve the communication ability for student leader groups.
