The purpose of the studyThe study, collected soccer referee heart rate and blood lactate data at150M-50M and Dynamic-YO-YO two physical testing process, analyzes the heart rate and blood lactate football referee in both the physical characteristics of the testing process to understand the physiological load characteristics of football referees in both the testing process; by comparing the two average heart rate during the test, the maximum heart rate, exercise intensity, blood lactate and other indicators, to explore two fitness test methods reflect physical football referees differences on the level of the referees while grouping referee further compare different physiological load levels in both the physical characteristics of the testing process. Objects and methodsThe trial of25subjects, including world-class level and above13people,12people at the national level. The average age of29.12±5.2years, mean height180.48±5.0CM, the average weight of75.32±7.9KG, national level and above all referees have Chinese Football League experience, a referee has to participate in the National Youth Competition and Competition in Jiangsu Province experiences. In both physical fitness test, heart rate belt with SUUNTO store the entire process of recording heart rate, blood lactate with ARKRAY automatic analyzer test subjects were quiet, the test immediately and convalescent blood lactate10minutes, and finally with EXCEL and SPSS software for data analysis and processing. The research results1. The average resting heart rate for football referees65.6±7.7beats/min, lower than normal, but higher than the football player; two tests before blood lactate values were2.02±0.5mmol/L and2.45±0.7mmol/L, the relative at normal resting high, the test, P>0.05, two pre-test blood lactate at the same level.2. Soccer referee average heart rate in a batch process to run for167.3±6.4beats/min, mainly160-165beats/inter-partition; Dynamic-YO-YO average heart rate during the test was175.8±3.5beats/min, mainly in171-175beats/min and176-180times the room/partition. Two average heart rate during the test met the requirements of the game referee intermittently during the test run average heart rate was significantly lower than the Dynamic-YO-YO testing process P<0.01, the average heart rate, average heart rate interval running closer match referee average heart rate members.3. Soccer referee during the test run in batch average maximum heart rate was190.3±2.4beats/min, mainly in the185-190beats/min and191-195beats/min two intervals; Dynamic YO-YO testing process the average maximum heart rate was191.5±3.6beats/min, mainly between185-190times in the/partition. Upon examination, P>0.05, two maximum heart rate during the test there is no difference, and have reached the requirements of competition law enforcement in the maximum heart rate.4. The use of karvonen calculated result, the average exercise intensity intermittent running of81.1%, mainly concentrated in the76%-85%of the intensity range, moderate intensity; average exercise intensity Dynamic-YO-YO of88.0%, mainly distribution of76%-85%86%-93%, and the intensity intervals, belonging to the large strength.5. Intermittent running test for evaluation of football referees aerobic endurance, but with a few ring is standard, but also to be further study. The ability of Dynamic-YO-YO for evaluation of football referees speed endurance and lactate tolerance, not suitable for the evaluation of football referees special physical, but can be used as a means of improving.6. And above national level referees and referees country, two body measurement process, the average heart rate, heart rate, heart rate and the highest percentage of each section, there were no significant differences (P>0.05).7. Intermittent running instantly and recovery10minutes mean blood lactate was8.4±1.5mmol/L and7.3±2.1mmol/L; Dynamic-YO-YO instantly and recovery10minutes mean blood lactate was12.9±2.3mmol/L and9.0±2.0mmol/L. Upon examination, Dynamic-YO-YO test blood lactate levels were significantly greater than the immediate intermittent running test (P<0.05), blood lactate recovery10minutes there was no significant difference (P>0.05).8. BLA decreased the percentage of non-existent after the two test significant difference, P>0.05; recovery rate is not significantly different, P>0.05; immediate blood lactate values are not correlated, P>0.05; Dynamic-YO-YO test immediately resting heart rate and blood lactate levels at0.05significant correlation.9. Referees different levels of blood lactate values are not significantly different (P>0.05) after intermittent running, drop of blood lactate there was no significant difference in the percentage (P>0.05); national level and above referee Dynamic-YO-YO tests showed the ability to adapt to lactic acid resistant than the national level referees (P <0.05), blood lactate significant difference in the percentage decrease (P<0.05).The conclusion of the study1. The football referee average heart rate lower than normal, but higher than the football player; the average heart rate of two during the test are up to the match referee, intermittent running average heart rate during the test were significantly lower than the average rate of Dynamic-YO-YO during the test; the maximum heart rate of two during the test there is no difference, and the highest rate competition law enforcement requirements.2. Use the karvonen formula, the average exercise intensity interval belongs to moderate intensity exercise intensity; average Dynamic-YO-YO belongs to high strength.3. National level and above national level referee and referee, heart rate ratio of two body process average heart rate, maximum heart rate and eachinterval, there were no significant differences.4. Lactic acid level Dynamic-YO-YO test immediate blood was significantly greater than that of intermittent running tests, but there was no significant difference between the indexes of blood lactic acid recovery period of10minutes.5. Different levels of referees in the intervals of blood lactate after there are not significant differences between values; national level and above the level of the referees in the Dynamic-YO-YO test showed that the adaptation lactate tolerance ability is better than that of the national level referee.6. Intermittent running test for evaluation of football referees aerobic endurance, but with a few ring is standard, but also to be further study. The ability of Dynamic-YO-YO for evaluation of football referees speed endurance and lactate tolerance, not suitable for the evaluation of football referees special physical, but can be used as a means of improving.
