As the first of core accomplishment,mathematical abstraction has attracted more and more attention.The junior middle school stage is the most critical period to cultivate students' mathematical abstract ability.The plasticity of students is very large,and students' intelligence level and practical experience have been rapidly developed and enriched in junior middle school teaching activities.By learning mathematical knowledge,students can acquire mathematical abstract ability,so as to meet the needs of social progress and personal development.Therefore,cultivating mathematical abstract ability is of great significance to students' learning and development.This paper adopts literature research,questionnaire method,interview method and analytic method to research the Yanji a school first day the students' ability of mathematical abstract status and its influencing factors,the interview was studied for the math teacher and individual students,understand the teachers'attention is focused on training students' mathematical abstraction ability and training methods,from the student interview with the analysis of the present situation of students mathematical abstraction ability.On this basis,combined with the theory,some teaching Suggestions are put forward.The author compiled the teacher interview test paper and adapted the test paper of mathematical abstract ability and the questionnaire of influencing factors of mathematical abstract ability on the basis of PISA2012 project.According to the results of the questionnaire,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)at present,teachers still mainly focus on traditional teaching in the teaching process,and the main purpose is to cope with exams,ignoring the cultivation of students' mathematical abstract ability.Many teachers do not know how to cultivate students' mathematical abstract ability.The development of representational ion is better than that of theoretical abstraction and configurational ion.The students in the experimental class are better than those in the ordinary class in the abstractions of principle and construction.(2)the study on the influencing factors found that students' interest in learning mathematics,their intrinsic motivation for learning mathematics and their strategies for learning mathematics were not optimistic,and there were significant gender differences in their interest in learning mathematics.Based on the analysis of the questionnaire results and the characteristics of junior middle school mathematics subject,combined with the theoretical basis and some summary in the research process,this paper puts forward some teaching suggestions for cultivating students' mathematical abstract ability:(1)deepen students' understanding of abstract mathematics knowledge through concrete objects and examples;(2)make abstract concepts intuitive through independent practice and exploration;(3)solve mathematical problems by abstracting mathematical models;(4)make abstract knowledge intuitive by using information teaching technology.
