A Case Study On The Guidance Of Family Education In Kindergartens

Only parents who have the correct values,positive attitudes,scientific education concepts and education methods can better promote the children's physical and mental development.Family education instruction is part of kindergarten work.Kindergartens has the responsibility to promote the importance of family education and provide guidance to parents.The current sample of family education guidance for kindergartens is mostly megacities such as municipalities and provincial capitals.This study selected A kindergartens in Anshan as a case garden to learn more about the basic conditions for conducting family education.In terms of organization and management,family education guidance work plan And arrangements have entered the track;the cooperation of organizers and mentors has certain understanding;kindergartens insist on supervising and assessing family education work equally.In the selection of guidance content,attention is paid to the guidance of the physical and mental health development of young children;importance is attached to the guidance of parents' educational views;and parents are encouraged to pay attention to children's interpersonal skills and safety education.In the form of guidance,attention is paid to creating an atmosphere for family education guidance;an online education platform for family education is established;parents' activities are rich in content.The problems that A kindergartens have in guiding family education include: lack of awareness of family education guidance;lack of teacher instruction ability;shift in the content of guidance;and excessive formalization of family education guidance.The above problems are mainly caused by problems such as the lack of professional teaching staff in the kindergarten family education guidance work,the restriction of parents' own factors,and the lack of funds.In response to the causes of the problem,the paper proposes the following four suggestions: First,establish a scientific value of family education guidance;Second,the formation of family education guidance of teachers;Third,enrich the kindergarten to guide the content and form of family education;Finally,to broaden the kindergarten guidance family Education financing channels.
