Vocational enlightenment is the initial stage of vocation development.With the development of the times,the attention of disabled people in career development is also increasing.Today's society pays more attention to the early stage of career development of disabled people,that is,the stage of professional enlightenment.Special education schools,as the main places for students with disabilities to carry out education,carry out vocational enlightenment education,so that students with disabilities,like ordinary students,understand their own characteristics and explore their own interests in the stage of growth and exploration of career development.Under the above background,the status quo of vocational enlightenment education in special education schools is studied,and specific countermeasures are proposed for the problems that need to be solved in the special education occupation enlightenment.The first is to carry out the new concept of vocational enlightenment education in special education schools,and seek multi-party cooperation for promotion.The second is to improve the vocational enlightenment mode of special education schools and make adjustments.The third is to develop a vocational enlightenment course with special education school characteristics.The fourth is to strengthen the practical teaching of vocational enlightenment education in special education schools.The fifth is to strengthen the construction of professional enlightenment teachers in special education schools.Sixth,do a special education school and family cooperation work,change the concept of parents,and cooperate with the school's vocational enlightenment education.In the research methods and methods,the literature analysis method,the observation method and the case analysis method are used.The historical data and the observation and analysis of the case schools are used to analyze the development and existing problems of vocational enlightenment education in special education schools.On the basis of reflecting the existing basic problems,an effective problem-solving strategy is proposed.
