Vocational training has always been the focus of the country's attention.In recent years,the country's attention to vocational training has increased.Vocational training is an educational activity for all adult learners after primary school education.It is an import ant part of adult education and lifelong learning in China.Up to now,it has made great contributions to the cultivation of talents and economic construction in China.The "National Education Reform Implementation Plan" issued by the State Council in 2019 also mentioned the need to carry out high-quality vocational training and implement the statutory duties of implementing vocational education and vocational training in vocational colleges.The vocational training of vocational skills and the construction of a lifelong vocational training system for laborers have become an inevitable trend in the development of vocational education in China.The United States is a country with relatively early development and professional development of vocational training in the world.California vocational education has been at the world's leading level in the United States and the whole world.The curriculum of California Community College is studied by scholars from various countries.The non-credit course is a short-term non-licensed course offered by the California Community College.It is an important part of the California Community College curriculum.Its low barriers and many types of courses are welcomed by all kinds of people.According to the International Education Classification Standard,community colleges and higher vocational colleges in China belong to the 5B level of education.The non-credit education carried out by community colleges has many similarities with the vocational training carried out by higher vocational colleges.The construction of non-credit courses in California Community College is relatively perfect,and it has certain reference value for the construction of vocational training courses in higher vocational colleges in China.The article is based on the Course Approval Handbook,through literature analysis,comparative research,and case analysis,comhensively analzing the examination and approval of non-credit courses in California community colleges,non-credit syllabus,non-credit courses,and non-credit courses.The systematic analysis of the evaluation shows that the non-credit course examination has the characteristics of distinct division of labor,perfect system construction andstrict content;the non-credit syllabus has the characteristics of specificity,content specificity and requirements;non-credit courses The implementation of non-credit teachers with strict access and basic facilities;non-credit course evaluation has strict and uniform certification,unacceptable credits between credits,detailed and comprehensive features.Through this research,we hope to comprehensively improve all aspects of vocational training,and take the road of vocational training with characteristics of higher vocational colleges.Improve the quality of vocational training courses from four aspects: sound laws and regulations related to the standards of sound vocational training courses,construct a specialized vocational training course system,establish a professional training team for vocational training courses,and improve the evaluation system of vocational training courses.Vocational training in China.
