The Research Of The Construction Of Vocational Training Base In Shanxi

The construction level of inside training bases in vocational collages is related to the future and destiny of vocational education and the students. In entering the new century, our country has put forward new and higher demand on the development of vocational education, which directly means the construction of training bases has to be improved to a new height. Only in this way can it adapt to the social changes and market demands, similarly, vocational education can have more vitality.Vocational education in Shanxi has a history of 20 years. Entering the new century, vocational education moves into the track of fast development. The scale of school construction, teaching quality or student employment and other aspects have been improved significantly, training base especially school-based training has also made very good results, for example, some institutions as a national training base was in short supply base for talent cultivation model, which is the national training base construction in Shanxi Province a recognition of achievement in recent years, many institutions in a national competition team achieved excellent results, this is a higher quality of education in a province inspection, in one way reflects the quality of teaching increase. However, with the other provinces and coastal cities, Shanxi Province, vocational education and training base construction standard is not high, the gap is still large, such as "Double Teachers" huge gap; uneven distribution of resources, training poor; lack of funds for construction and other issues, it is these problems have constrained the training base construction of power and stamina.In this thesis, training base construction of vocational schools in Shanxi is researched. By applying comparison method, interviews, document analysis and other methods, and through the latest information on education theory collected by conducting field surveys in three vocational collages in Shanxi, I summarize and analyze the present situation of training bases in Shanxi Province. At the same time, I study the development of training curriculum, teaching and other aspects, analyze the current situation, and find out some problems which I also provide the according proposals and countermeasures. I hope my thesis could promote the construction of vocational training base in Shanxi and help to achieve its scientific, professional, and sustainable development.
