The development of inclusive education has become a trend of international education.As an implementer of inclusive education,teachers' efficacy in implementing inclusive education and attitudes toward inclusive education will have a crucial impact on the effectiveness of inclusive education.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign literature,open interviews with teachers,and expert assessment questionnaires,this paper compiled the “Teachers' efficacy in implementing Inclusive Education Scale ”,“Teachers' efficacy in implementing Inclusive Education Scale ” and the Attitude Towards Inclusive Education Scale(ATIES)were used as research tools.709 teachers were selected as research objects to investigate the present situation of teachers' efficacy in implementing inclusive education and explored its relationship with the attitudes towards inclusive education,the result found:1.Self-edited “Teachers' efficacy in implementing Inclusive Education Scale ”,including17 questions,four factors,named classroom management,self-participation,man cooperation,and teaching strategies;the questionnaire has good reliability and validity.2.The overall teachers' efficacy in implementing inclusive education is at a medium level.Teachers have a significant difference in gender,whether they are class teachers,whether they are involved in training,contact experiences of disabled people,and teaching age.The specific performance is that female teachers score higher than male teachers;headteachers' score higher than non-headteachers;Teachers are higher than teachers who have not participated in the training;teachers who have experienced contact with disabled people score higher than those who have no contact experience;teachers with more than 21 years of teaching experience have the highest level of efficacy in implementing inclusive education.3.Teachers' attitude towards inclusive education is relatively negative;there are significant differences in whether to participate in training,school location,and contact experience of disabled people.The specific performance is that teachers participating in training have a more positive attitude towards inclusive education,and urban teachers' attitude towards inclusive education is more active,teachers with contact experiences are more active in inclusive education.4.There is a significant positive correlation between teachers' efficacy in implementing inclusive education and attitudes towards inclusive education.teachers' attitudes towardsphysical disability students can significantly predict the level of efficacy of teachers in implementing inclusive education.
