The development of inclusive education has become the trend of international education.Pre-service teachers are the main force to implement inclusive education in the future.The effectiveness of pre-service teachers' implementation of inclusive education and their attitude towards inclusive education have a critical impact on the effectiveness of inclusive education.This study mainly consists of two studies:(1)study 1: teachers' implementation of the Chinese version of the self-efficacy scale of inclusive education practice was revised.The Chinese version of the teacher implementation of inclusive education practical efficacy scale(TEIP)compiled by Sharma,Loreman and Forlin(2012)was revised in order to examine the factor structure and psychometric characteristics of the Chinese version of the teacher implementation of inclusive education practical efficacy scale,so as to provide a measuring tool for the study of chinese pre-service teacher's self-efficacy.(2)study 2: the characteristics and the relationship with their attitude towards inclusive education of teachers' self-efficacy of pre-service inclusive education.We chose some pre-service teachers as the object from three colleges in lanzhou,jinan and baoding.By adopting <The pre-service teacher inclusive education self-efficacy scale> and <The pre-service teachers' attitude of inclusive education scale>,We study pre-service teacher inclusive education and their inclusive education attitude and get the analysis of tne differences of self-efficacy of inclusive education in gender,grade,professional,and contact with people with disabilities experience,special education course learning,understanding lever of the laws,regulations and inclusive education knowledge,so as to reveal the relationship between the inclusive education pre-service teachers self-efficacy and the attitude of inclusive education,meanwhile,to improve some advice for the preservice teachers' self-efficacy of inclusive education and inclusive education attitude education.The results are as follows:(1)The scale of teacher's self-efficacy in pre-service teacher's inclusive education has good reliability and validity.The questionnaire of teachers' self-efficacyin pre-service inclusive education is divided into three dimensionalities: inclusive teaching effectiveness,cooperative effectiveness and behavioral management effectiveness.(2)The pre-service teachers have a high sense of the effectiveness of inclusive education.On the whole,the level of self-efficacy of teachers in pre-service special education is significantly higher than that of teachers in pre-service general education.There were no significant differences in the contact experience between pre-service teachers' effectiveness of inclusive education and the disabled,but there were significant differences in gender,specialty,grade,learning of special education courses,familiarity with special education laws and regulations and understanding of inclusive education.(3)There was a significant positive correlation between the total score of teachers' senses of efficacy in inclusive education and the total score of their attitude toward inclusive education.Pre-service teachers' sense of effectiveness in inclusive education has a positive predictive effect on their attitude towards inclusive education.All dimensions of the efficacy of inclusive education have positive predictive effects on positive emotion,training and sense of competence,negative emotion and attitude of inclusive education.Four suggestions are put forward in this study:(1)Teacher education curriculum should offer special education courses and inclusive education courses.(2)Teacher education curriculum should offer inclusive teaching practice course.(3)Teacher education should focus on cultivating the cooperative teaching ability of pre-service teachers.(4)Teacher education should focus on training inclusive teachers.
