Cooperative learning is now widely adopted in many countries.It is a kind of teaching theory and method.Because of its unique superiority that whether in improving education teaching environment,or in improving students’ grades and master knowledge ability,promote the students’ psychological quality of the cognitive development etc.So it can’t be substituted by Other teaching theories and strategies.Therefore, the promotion and use of cooperative learning is increasing.By the same token,with the deer implement of the quality-oriented education and the further promote of foundational education reform,the cooperative learning in elementary school occupies an important position during the process of new curriculum reform.Shanghai primary and secondary school curriculum standards(trial version)" pointed out: acceptance must change the single study way, emphasizing learning mode diversification, attaches great importance to the independent exploration, practice and operation cooperation and communication and so on the use of learning style, causes the student to obtain multiple learning opportunities and experience. The teacher wants to improve the teaching methods and strategies, improve the learning methods to provide favorable conditions for the students. Compared with the traditional learning, cooperative learning new curriculum reform have put forward a new approach to learning can consideration to students’ individual character development, cultivate the spirit of cooperation between students, is widely used in the teaching process of teaching. However, as the cooperative learning in the classroom teaching promotes gradually, many new problems emerged.Based on reading some cooperative learning theories at home and abroad, this paper use an entry point that mathematics teachers’ team cooperation learning of classroom teaching in the rural primary school, expounded the theory of cooperative learning. The study found out the problems existing in the rural teachers’ team cooperation learning through classroom observation method, questionnaire method, and interview method, and put forward effective countermeasures and solutions aimed at problems, promoted the team cooperation learning to play a greater role on improving students’ mathematics performance, strengthening students’ cooperative spirit, improving students’ ability of expression, and improving rural teacher’s teaching way.
